Description of Work: i had water damage in the downstairs laundry room from the unit above. Issac, the owner, was very knowledgeable and thorough. he described the scope of the work and made recommendations. His estimate was not the lowest, but I trusted that he would do the best job. he opened up the walls and got a special machine dry out the damaged area. he said it would take two days to dry it all out, but when he came back and saw that it wasn't completely dry, he left the machine longer. I thought that was good, because he could have just closed the wall up and moved on and i would have been none the wiser. He was committed to doing the job right, and he did. Also, when he was opening up the way, he and he assistant used a hand saw, which took a very long time and was very difficult. i asked why he didn't just use an electric saw, and he said because of the location, he had to be careful of hitting electrical lines and whatnot. I thought that was great, too. he closed the wall back up and that wall look good as new. he even matched the texture. he left the work area spotless. i was definitely call on him again.

Description of Work: Kitchen remodeling including installing tiles flooring. Bathroom remodeling including installing tiles flooring. And building outdoor wooden stairs.

Description of Work: We purchased a house that was in terrible condition. The walls had holes, the floor seem uneven, roof was torn apart, basically there were problems with everything about it. So we hire Sephirot Contractors to basically fix the whole house up the make it attractive and liveable. They did everything to the house including hardwood flooring, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, roofing, painting, and more.
