We received 3 bids and we chose Michael because of his knowledge, expertise, courteousness and customer service. He gave us few options and explained the difference very well. We decided to go with 22 High Definition MegaPixel IP cameras, Network Video Recorder and 6 Wireless Cameras. Other 2 Vendors were not sure about Wireless Cameras and Michael assured us that he had done over a dozen wireless projects just like this and he was right on the dot. He warned us that there is no comparison between analog and digital cameras and he wasn't lying. We have 2 Cameras focusing on the main gate which not only catch the license plates but also make, model, color of the vehicle and the people sitting in it. I highly recommend Michael and his highly professional crew.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY This company's name is 1st Digital Surveillance and not CCTV Security Surveillance Cameras Installation. Shawn Michael came to my home and performed the work. His work was so poor I had to have someone else come in and do what he couldn't. I needed to connect to my DVR remotely. He told me it would be too complicated for me. This is only because he could not successfully perform the setup. He sold me an HD camera for $250 that is not a HD camera. I paid him on the 12th and my check cleared on the 17th. On top of all of this, he began calling me at work and sending emails accusing me of not paying and demanding I send him my cancelled check as proof of payment because he forgot to make a copy of it for his records. He's been threatening for months now to take me to court and sue. I've ignored his calls and emails. I'm not the least bit worried. He / this company are a waste of time and money. Save yourself the headaches and call someone else. Not only is he really bad at what he does, he's even worse at running his business and tracking payments. ********************************************************** This company's response only proves my review to be correct about Shawn Michael being really bad at running his business. Now, he can't find the work order / invoice / receipt for the work HE did on my home. Don't be fooled by this company's response. Its pretending to not know who I am and implying to not have done business with me should be clear indication this is a company with which you should steer clear. My review is true and I stand behind it. The owner, Shawn Michael, tried (and failed) to take me to court over this review. My opinion is: Avoid this company like the plague and you will be doing yourself a huge favor.

Called Shawn and made arrangements for installation of an eight camera cctv security system. I was very happy with the result. Their work ethic is great. Always on time. It was installed very clean and running of wire and connections was almost invisible. Was so satisfied that I also had them install a five camera video surveillance system at home. Great work and always available to answer questions. Thank you Shawn.

They will come out and fix my cameras even though I do not have a service agreement with them. They are very honest. They are very professional.

They were on time and very helpful not only in desiging the system but also in figuring out the best way to place cameras for maximum effectiveness and run all of the wiring without it being obtrusive. They were considerate and polite. They made several trips to meet with the us, the contractor and then with the electricians who were installing outlets and conduit to be used. When they got here, the electrician had not put a pull string in the flex cable he had installed and they could not use it as it was not a straight run. So they fished their own wiring and never complained and did not charge extra. They put in over a 12 hour day in order to finish it all and get it up and running and show us how to use it. They loaded the icons for remote viewing on both of our smart phones and on our home computer. The cameras and monitors even work at night! We saw a coyote walking up the sidewalk late the first night. The cameras are motion activated and the sensitivity can be adjusted. They used only high quality equipment. My husband is retired from a similar industry and knows equipment and he was impressed. We are very pleased and plan to use them again on a commercial apartment building.
