very professional, quality great; very happy with service.

I was told that 2 men team would come to install the 7 camera. they would charge me $200 dollars the first hour and $125 every additional hour. I told them I lived in a two story house When the men showed upthey did not have a latter so I had to let them use mine. One of the men new what he was doing but the other was worthless. He was of no help and so it took much longer to do the job. It took them 61/2 hours when it should have been done at most 5hours. when they finished the installation one of the auto focus cameras would not focus. auto or manually. after at leat 30 minutes of trying they told me that the camera was no good. I paid them $825.00 they did not give me a receipt said that they would mail it to me. I contacted Swann and they offered to exchange the camera. I call GeorgeAt Install cameras and told him that I was getting a new camera and since it took them so long to install them if he could send someone to change the camera. for free. He told me that it was not their fault so it would cost me another $100 .I told him that it was not fair since it took them so long the first time. said we would talk about it. When I got the camera I call George and told him I had a new camera.He said when he had a man working in my area he would call me.After a week of waiting I changed the camera myself. The new camera would not focus either.I called George and left a massage that I had changed the camera and it still did not focus. Again I call Swann and the made some tests and said that it was possible that the cable was damaged and should replace it. I called George and again I had to leave a massage I told him what Swann had said and for him to call me.Never heard from him. yesterday I received a new cable from Swann today I replaced it myself and now It works great. I would never use these people again. P.S. I still haven't got a receipt from them. Tony Arciero
