SECURITY ACS

Slow to respond to emergency calls (if and when they actually do respond) I recently had an alarm at my home when I was traveling and was told the responder was walking around my home. When I checked the video feeds that ACS installed... no one even checked my home.

The salesman came out and was nice . He did try and scare me into purchasing extras but after bargaining with him, I decided to let him set up the appointment for the technician to come out and put in a new alarm system which he said would be at no cost and I would pay $50/month for the service. The technician came and said that it would be much more work than the salesman thought and they would have to charge me so I canceled the contract. The salesman called me and promised me extras at no charge so I scheduled another appointment with the technician and the same thing happened again. Only this guy said that we would need ever more work. I told him that I was very upset at how the company has been treating me and that I wanted to speak with someone who has the authority to give me the deal that I was told that I would receive. He told me that he was going to drive back to the office and that he would have someone call me in an hour Needless to say, that did not happened and it is now 2 days later. I hate to write bad reviews for businesses but this is really unbelievable and i want to make sure that no one gets tricked into paying high prices for installation.
