Scott was very thorough and knowledgeable.

We noticed a couple of really huge roaches in our house. We placed a call to Seaview the next day. Scott returned the call within an hour and scheduled the appointment. He gave a quote for the job on the phone. He arrived within the specified time frame and was very pleasant. He took care of the roaches and ants that were outside the house. He charged us the exact amount quoted over the phone and didn't try to hit us up for "maintenance," which most companies do. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Scott was punctual, thorough, professional, and pleasant. He returned calls in a timely fashion and worked to accommodate my schedule. I definitely recommend him.

Scott performed all the work exactly as he described he would on the first day he was here. He told me it was a process, and he returned several times to check the crawl spaces, before he put in permanent coverings. He built and custom made the crawl space coverings and did a beautiful job. It's really nice to get quality work from a responsible company at a fair price. I'm really happy with the work he performed and the skunks have left the premises!

Scott called me right back, he set up a time to come and even though it was July 5, a holiday, he showed up as scheduled. He was professional and knew what he was doing. He did the job and followed up with a phone call afterward. At that time everything seemed ok so I didn't need him to come back, but there were more bees then I thought still active, so I had to call him again. He came out and finished the job, no extra charge.

Scott came out a few hours after I called him to take care of a gathering bee hive. The other contractor I called said they couldn't come out to the following day. I can't imagine what the hive would have been like then. I explained to Scott that I really needed someone b/c I had 2 small kids. He came within 3 hours. Took out the hive. Sprayed. I also had him come back the following week to spray for spiders and he gave me 1/2 off that service. Great guy. Great experience.

Scott, the affable owner of Seaview, came out, did a thorough inspection for rodent entry points and gave a very good price. He came back to do the work on time and completed everything. He planned to return in a couple of days to check the traps and remove any trapped rats . The good news was there were no rats in the traps, so there was no need for his return. I'd use him again.

He was very good. He was polite and knowledgeable. He was clean when he got here and clean when he left. It was a nice experience. He was in and out. He did a good job of looking around the house for evidence of black widows. He found a much large infestation than we thought. He told me what to do for follow up to make sure they didn't come back. I thought the price was fair and a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I would absolutely hire him again in the future.

On a monday morning, I woke up to find my house reeking from some kind of large, dead animal on the side of my house. That side of the house is very overgrown with vines with high gates at both ends so it was hard to see just what or where it was. I was panicked! The smell was already horrific. I knew the city would be of no help, it would take them a week to get out here. I called Seaview and very shortly received a call back from Scott. I explained the situation and how difficult it might be to access the side of the house. He said he could make it here the following morning between 9 and 11 and it would cost $150 because of the difficulty involved. I cranked up the AC and waited. He arrived on time with a sparkling attitude and uniform. I was afraid when he saw how difficult it was going to be he would abandon the situation but he just asked if I had hedge cutters and went to work. In about an hour he emerged with a very big and dead raccoon. He bagged it up and put in this truck. While he was here I told him I might have rats in the garage. He took a look and then said he would set 6 or 7 traps, come back in a few days to pick them up AND include that service in the $150 I paid him for the raccoon. He arrived 3 days later, in the 2 hour window he had given me, and picked up the traps...no rats. He offered to leave the traps for another week but I declined. Scot is the first person I'll call should I have any other pest problem.

They came, they were responsible, and they were reasonable. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. Their prices seemed fair for the amount of work and quality of work they performed. I was happy with their service.

Very Well. Arrived on time, gave estimate, asked for half the $$ up front and half on completion. He scheduled a three day process and fulfilled his comittment.

We've actually used Scott twice. This time he came to spray for an infestation of moths in our guest apartment. While he was there we also asked him to spray for termites in our back gate and he also sprayed for some insects we saw signs of in the garage. Scott was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very thorough in his work. He was very clear about his experience and areas of expertise and told us what to expect (2 days for the moths to die, 3 hours before we should go back into the room). He guaranteed his work for 60 days. The first time Scott came last fall to solve a rat problem. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He set traps inside out of the way, and he also set traps under the house and improved the screening to our crawlspace to keep future rats out. He did it the old-fashioned way using traps with peanut butter. A couple of days later a rat had been caught inside and one under the house. He came and collected them promptly and guaranteed his work for six months. We've had no problems since. I noticed that Scott received a few bad reviews in December for non-responsiveness. Apparently he was having trouble with his answering service then but these problems have been cleared up.

I contacted them when I heard a scratching noise in the bathroom wall. Although multiple traps were set, we caught only one BIG rat. Scott did seal everything up and left rat traps in place with a year guarantee to come back if there are any complaints or problems. All in all, great service, punctual, but $400 seems a lot to get rid of one rat. Maybe it was "my bad" to agree to that estimate.

They were personal and terrific. They did not necessarily have the latest up to date products, but they were very honest with us. They are trustworthy - I was able to leave them alone in my home. We were very happy with the price - it was very reasonable.
