Description of Work: Very satisfactory service, followed through and was very pleasant all around and very optimistic from beginning to end!

Description of Work: Scott came promptly on several occasions to size up the situation, set traps, monitor for anything caught (nothing), and seal up gaps between roof and exterior walls (the problem has not recurred). They were very helpful and the problem was solved; we'd certainly call them again.

Description of Work: We had a terrible flea problem in our yard. I called seaview and they came the next day. The work was guaranteed. Since the entire yard was sprayed, we have not had anymore problems. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: We had a large raccoon and a small raccoon under our house. We did not want to kill them; we wanted them moved humanely. Scott of Seaview Pest Control did exactly as we asked. He has many years of experience with these animals and understood their habits. He was very respectful of our wishes and came and checked frequently until he was successful in preventing the raccoons from returning. He went all around our foundation and secured any area that they might have exploited. He was tidy, gentle, knowledgeable and efficient. We would use him again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Caught a possum and closed the access point. Also treated the house for fleas.

Description of Work: Had mice in our attic. Serviceman set traps and came back during the week to check and replace. Sealed up all the places of potential entry by rodents. He was friendly and professional. AND they guaranteed the work - something another major company I first called refused to do, and they were much more expensive. I have used them since to spray outdoors for fleas. Excellent! I can't honestly remember the exact charge but they were very reasonable and better than other quotes i got.

Description of Work: They are very punctual and professional. I had a cockroach problem and it was starting to get bad. I'd never had an issue with this at my house before, but it was isolated to the kitchen primarily. There was an upstairs unit in our duplex that eventually was having the same issues. I had them spray, and then had to have a follow up done two weeks later. The upstairs neighbors had a new baby and were against spraying upstairs though. So I continued to see a couple cockroaches here and there, but I ended up buying combat roach traps and putting about ten around the kitchen under the stove, behind the fridge etc. After that within two weeks they disappeared not only from our unit but from upstairs as well. Im sure had they been able to spray upstairs more thoroughly I would have been able to skip that step. But now that it's spring I may be calling them again for some preventative maintenance... they say it should be done every 3 months or so. Friendly employees.

Description of Work: Scott came out (the owner) and thoroughly checked our house for rodents - set traps, came back every few days to see the results and when he was confident they were gone, he covered all entry areas into our home where rodents might go - and he did and EXCELLENT job of sealing it from infestation. I have called him a few times when my dog has "alerted" me, and he was here within hours. VERY competent, friendly and knowledgable about his work. It appears we are now rodent free! Thank you, Scott!

Description of Work: We had a dirty rat in the house, an unwanted visitor and they helped us get rid of it and board up the entire house from more unwanted visitors. The only reason we gave a B was pricing....???? This should really be a B plus.

Description of Work: On a Sunday morning, a very large queen hornet flew into my bedroom, being allergic I had my boyfriend shoe her out a window. But being that our windows are broken, we saw her come right back in a little while later. As much as she would go out she would come right back in. Finally she went into my closet made a weird noise so I followed. Unbelievable she was cocooning her comb for egg laying on the track of my closet, and she was on her way to ultimate creation. Wholly! Being allergic I went straight to Angie's List and Scott was paged on a Sunday and on a Sunday evening he returned my call, was polite, and said he'd be there in the morning. Thank God. He showed up on time, was professional, and took the problem away explaining with every question I had. He checked the entire property for more and though he's never seen it before inside a home like that, he took care of it and me.

Description of Work: They sprayed for crickets, inside and outside of the house.

Description of Work: I had a bee hive under one of the eaves on the house. The hive was taken care of, and the entrance to the hive was sealed. There has been no further bee activity in the area since.
