 + -1 moreVery professional in the beginning, impressed by punctuality and work ethic. Requested payment for work done before the job was complete, then never came back to finish. Called him, said he was in the middle of another job, but was not going to return to finish and hung up on me. Very disappointed that (1) he never finished the job he agreed to, (2) left without telling me he was not planning to return, leaving us in the lurch.

 + -1 moreThey forgot about me. No one ever called to tell me whether my screen was ready for installation. I forgot about it and a month went by before I remembered to call. They said my invoice was placed in the wrong pile. Otherwise, the work was good.

 + -1 moreThe Technician was polite and professional. He installed the garage door opener in a timely manner and did a great job. The unit was different then the one I was described on the phone but it works and we are pleased with it. We have not had any issues with it. We will call them when we need any garage door services. The unit is very expensive for what you get, the opener and wall controller with two remotes, would have been a plus to get a wireless controller for the house being that its a detached garage and we have to either carry the small remotes are keep going to our cars to open the garage.
Description of Work: Removed the broken unit and installed a brand new garage door opener.

 + -1 moreScreenmaster made an appointment to do the work but never showed up. They never returned my subsequent call. They did nothing, in other words.
Description of Work: I called Screenmaster and discussed what I needed to be done. It was about $500 worth of window and screen replacements. She gave me an estimate and I agreed to it. We scheduled the work at the earliest date they could do it--a week from then. The day came and they did not show up. I called and left a message with my name and phone number about an hour after they were due. To my great surprise, they NEVER called back! I find this reprehensible behavior. I wasted an entire day and never even got an apology.

 + 0 moreI am very happy with the service and quality of work that Screenmaster provided. They showed up on time and custom-built all the screens from scratch on site, since my house is old and none of the windows are a standard size. Some windows needed special attention due to large or unusual size, or because they were difficult to access or didn't open completely. All of the screens came out looking great. They are high quality, and fit very snug in the window frames. No more bugs coming in the house, just fresh breeze now!
Description of Work: Built and installed new screens for 22 windows (all windows in the house).

I was lucky enough to notice the Screen Master truck on one of my dogs walks -- and when I needed a custom screen for the crawl space of our house, I gave them a call. Description of Work: ScreenMasters enclosed my porch with beautiful, custom sliding screen doors. They look beautiful and are perfectly functional. They did exactly what I asked them to. I needed an enclosure quickly and they did the work almost immediately.
