I was clearing weeds with a weed wacker and unfortunately shot a rock into a guys window and cracked it. He took it to this shop. The price was good, but the window they installed was defective. It didn't fit correctly. We had to bring our own window for them to install. They eventually installed it but wouldn't refund our money for the first window. I talked to the owner and he said that he didn't give refunds. W**? I thought maybe that he didn't understand the situation, so asked him again. I asked him if he expected me to pay for the defective window and the good window. He kept saying that he didn't give refunds. Be warned. They expect you to pay for their mistakes. Or who knows, maybe this is all a big scam to make you pay twice.

I went there for a really low price and I got a decent job and paid very little. I wouldn't get auto glass from anywhere else but, Mission Road has a number of these really low price businesses so some of the others may be just as good.
Description of Work: I've been here a few times. What they do best and for the least amount of money is replace auto glass. The typical windshield costs $100-$150 for everything- glass and installation. The $50 job was for looking at my car window motor to determine why it wasn't working on rainy days and then fixing the loose rear view mirror mount. This place is very bare bones. They spend no money on the facility and give you the cheapest price around.
