Rubin had me do the measurements. He said just measure the space inside the built-in bookcase as precisely as possible and he would take 1/8th inch off each measurement. I did as he asked. When I got the glass shelves from him, they were cut to my measurements and did not fit inside the bookcase 100% correctly. Close but not 100%, and the 1/8th inch would have made them fit 100%. Rubin's Office Manager said bring them back to the shop so I did. Rubin told her he didn't remember saying anything to me about the 1/8th inch adjustment. I was told "take 'em or leave 'em, we don't care, but we're not going to cut new glass or give you a refund." So now I'm going to go to another company to have the shelves made.

Very easy to work with professional clean and cleaned up after them selves. They were great. They came when they said they were coming.

My business is close to their office, so he came out within a half an hour to give me an estimate. The work was performed the next day, and they were professional and considerate.

They were available to come the next day, were courteous on the phone, and did all the work in under an hour! Mario was nice and professional, and they did excellent work! The work actually cost less than their minimum, so we have $30 credit towards the next job, and we will definitely use them again. So many other companies didn't come to Laurel Canyon, were too busy, and a bit rude b/c they didn't need the business. Ruben's was by far the nicest and fastest.

IT WAS VERY PROMPT WORK WITH A GOOD RESULT. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE JOB.
