+ -1 moreThe telephone operator was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. The workmen arrived quickly, seemed knowledgeable and finished the job promptly. They were polite and together. Payment is handled by credit card, through the office, after the work is finished, so you don't have to give your credit card information to a workman, which is nice.
Description of Work: Re-lit pilot on "mature" water heater and inspected it.
