Very efficient & done to agreed schedule. I've used Roofing USA before and will continue to use for my roofing requirements.

It went GREAT, and I refer Jay anytime I can. He is a great roofer for 3 reasons; first is his technique and second is his price, and third is his execution of the project. I have a concave roof that is torch down/composition and then has a terra-cotta facade---think an upside down hat with the terra cotta being the brim. I had to replace the roof as it was shot and somehow the torch down had to go under the tile and be sealed off. I had several guys out who gave big prices (happens in my zip code), and all they wanted to do was torch down and flashing.....Jay was referred to me by a neighbor down the street who gave him a glowing review. Jay came out and his technique was heads and shoulders above everyone else -- instead of putting just flashing, he put the torch down up the wall secured it with a 2 x 8 board and then put terra cotta tile on the top. I thought for sure I was going to get a whopper of an estimate as his process was so much more professional and thorough than the others, BUT his price was the most reasonable---I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! I hired him, and he did the job on time, on schedule, and my roof looks great. It was so good that I even thought about getting the lower roof redone as his work looked so much better than the guy who did that roof but it is not yet time. Jay is the best roofer I have ever worked with, and it is nice to meet people like him in the construction trade -- not easy to find. Bring him out and let him bid your job, if you use him you will be very happy.

Pricing was very competitive. Jason was professional and the quality of work of his team was excellent. He replaced damaged wood, leaking skylights, installed new rain gutters, and put on a new roof - all for a great price compared to the competition. The new roof looks great, but more importantly it works great (no leaks). I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.
