Description of Work: He came out to check the pipes at one of my units at this complex. He's also put in some water boilers in the past.

+ 0 moreAs usual, he was great to deal with. We had used this company many times in the past and we wasted no time in calling them up for this project also. His company has been in business for a very long time in this area. He is very well known around the community for doing exceptional work at the lowest prices. His workers as well as himself are always so very friendly and polite. If there is ever anything wrong with the work his company does, he will usually come out himself to make sure it is taken care of properly.
Description of Work: Ron Plumbing installed a second water sub meter to our home because of the big back yard we have. This was to measure our water usage from our extra sprinkler system.

+ 0 moreI thought this company was great to work with. They used effective means of communication with me at all times. They were neat about their clean-up. They had good follow-up skills and they arrived when they said they would. To me, those qualities compose a good organization overall. I would certainly recommend them to others. The only thing I will not comment on is their pricing. Their charges are similar to that of other companies out there. I feel that their rates are fair. I just do not care to comment on what we specifically paid to this company.
Description of Work: My home needed five gas lines ran around our fairly large property. Therefore, we needed to basically demolish our old plumbing system and redo our entire plumbing system. We hired this company for that work in addition to putting in numerous gas outlets for us, installing heaters in our patio, and installing sub meters for us. It was an enormous project to say the least and the work required that this company do work both outside of our home and in our home.

+ -1 moreThe service was fine. They got the job done in an efficient manner. They gave me a detailed receipt for my records and for the insurance company. It is nice to have it installed for our peace of mind too. The workers were pleasant to deal with. I was happy with the service they provided.
Description of Work: Ron s Plumbing installed an earthquake shut-off valve on our main gas line. We needed it for coverage from our insurance company. It is intended to shut off the gas in the event of an earthquake near our home.
