I dealt with Mr. Chad Sell directly, as recommended by AAGLA, during a dramatic rainfall that caused major leaking in a tenant's ceiling/roof. He not only arranged immediately to have someone come and cover the flat roof area with protective plastic to avoid further leakage damage during the rainfall, but scheduled us for a new roofing job as soon as the initial rains ceased and before the next major ones arrived. He was at all times professional, accommodating in every way, and efficient with saving us from far more leakage damage by his prompt and thoughtful service. His price seemed very fair considering the amount of work and materials that was required to replace this old flat roof. We will use him again for any roofing needs in our own home or our rental properties, and do not hesitate recommending his service and work.

This company does quality work and does it in a very professional manner. They showed up on time, worked long hours, and finished in the estimated time. Every day before the crew left, they cleaned up the mess and left my yard tidier than it usually is. The owner (Chad Sell) was here every day and was very hands-on. One evening, Chad and one of his crew actually returned to my house to completely cover the roof with plastic because Chad had checked the weather forecast and there was a 10% chance of rain! You just don't get that kind of service that often! Even my neighbors were impressed by the work done on my house. I highly recommend this company--the owner and crew treat you with respect and friendliness and get the job done right!
