Description of Work: Mr. Guzman refinished and reupholstered 6 dining room chairs. He was very easy to work with. He came on time for the appointments and gave me a very fair price considering the poor condition of the chairs. He delivered the chairs when he promised and the work was beautiful and perfect. I will definitely use him again when I need more reupholstering done.

Description of Work: Before even entering the condo, they tried to upsell me, asking if I had furniture I wanted to have cleaned as well. It was an empty condo so I declined. As soon as we got inside the man told me he could clean the whole condo for $150. The whole condo IS 600 sq. feet. I told him this and he hemmed and hawed and said, ok, he would do it for $100. I said absolutely not. I paid $75 for 600 sq. feet. If he wanted to claim that the condo was more than that, then he should measure out and clean exactly 600 sq. ft. He said, okay, he'd do the whole thing for $75 and acted as if he was doing me a huge favor. I left to go back to work and left the cleaners there and asked them to lock up when they left. When I arrived back that evening to check on the carpet, I was completely shocked. The carpet had pulled loose from the walls and there were huge waves of carpet in the living room and bedroom. I called the owner right away and went straight to voicemail. I called several more times and left messages. He did not call me back until late the next morning. In the meantime, I called a carpet installation company to come stretch and re-tack the carpet for $100. I was incredibly disappointed with this service. If the carpet started to come loose while they were working, they should have called me so I could determine whether or not I wanted them to keep working on it. The fact that the owner ignored my phone calls made me even more angry. I will be wary of special coupons in the future. I have had somewhat negative experiences now two times from two coupons I bought.
