 + 1 moreRudy came out the same day to give me an estimate to clear a bunch of weeds at the top terrace of my backyard. He offered to do it for a very reasonable price. He showed up on time to do the work. Very professional nice guy. Finished the job in a few hours and cleaned and removed all the brush. Would definitely hire him again. You can rely on Rudy!

 + 0 moreI was looking for someone to just cut my lawn and pick it up. I have a large front yard with a ton of weeds. I didnt need any special care, or tree, or bush trimming. I just needed a simple cut. After calling around and getting a few astronomical quotes I found Rudy who was quick to meet me at the house and listened to what I needed. He quickly said no problem, gave me a great price and said he could be back that same day to complete the job. He was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

However, the quality of the work is mediocre (at best) and the once-a-month request has turned into once-every-5-or-6-weeks. I only pay per visit, so no problem there, but my yard looks pretty shabby well before his crew shows up. I will upgrade him if he responds favorably to my concerns in the future.

 + -1 moreI needed someone to clean up the VERY overgrown front and back yard of a home before putting it on the market to sell. I left a message for rudy and he returned my call that day. He drove to the property the next day and gave me an estimate. Then we decided to use him and he did the job 2 days later and did a great job! He cut back all the hedges, mowed the lawns, got rid of all the debris, and more. He did exactly what I needed someone to do and for a reasonable price. I'll call him again.

Description of Work: Rudy has provided weekly yard care for my property since October 2000. Whatever my yard needs, he ca do it and i have consistently gotten rave reviews throughout the 12 years i have retained his services. Whenever the yard requires additional services, he always gives reasonable estimates and does the job in a timely manner. Everything is now trimmed and cleaned up. I am going to go with a Monthly service so I don't have to dodge the neighbors again. Excellent job

He and his assistant were here on time and cut down the trees, they hauled all cuttings and trash. He also came back for the wood that was left behind. Rudy is a very nice man and made sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Will hire again

Rudy answered my urgent call and stopped by to take a look at what the problem was. He found a loose wire, replaced a sprinkler head and programmed and explained the irrigation system to me all at no cost!

 + 5 moreRudy and his workers showed up promptly at 8 am. It was important for them to be on time as had they been late, it would have made ME late for work. He took me on a walking tour of the property and explained to me what he was going to do. I already had a written estimate, and I was pleased to see he had a roadmap for getting somewhat extensive work done on my property laid out. I approved his plan and left for work. When I returned home last night, I was amazed at the transformation!
Description of Work: Rudy and his team came in and really cleaned up my yard. I have been working long hours, and my yard really went to h . I heard about Rudy from my boss, who is a regular customer of his. He came in and cleaned out some debris still remaining in the backyard from the windstorm last fall that hit the South Pasadena area. He cleaned and mowed the yard - not an easy job as it is on a hill! - and installed sprinklers for me to help revive the yard during the long hot summer ahead. I have known Rudy personally for some time now, but never thought about using his services. After one visit, my house already looks about a thousand times better! I would recommend him and his team to anyone seeking help to bring a yard back to life!
