The toilet still leaks, overnight looking at the toilet it is empty, after I flush it I turned it off and the next morning it was empty. I have to put more water in to flush it again.

My experience with them was fine. They were efficient and fast. They came when they said they would come. It might have been slightly overpriced but not more than $100. I had to do a lot of comparison shopping but I didn't have enough time. However, I had a sense that, I had another one installed a year ago and it was a little bit cheaper. The quality seemed fine though.

It was an emergency job, for a broken and gushing pipe. Reliance showed up within an hour, dug up the broken pipe, and quoted me for the repair. They charged $250 for the call, creditable towards the repair work. Since my gardener wasn't available, and I couldn't get any other plumbers to come on short notice (in less than 1-2 days), I went with Reliance. They charged me $1,500 for repairing the pipe, which seemed high, but I felt like I had to go with them. Well, my gardner showed up today, and said that he would have done the job for $100. While I am completely satisfied with Reliance's performance, I have to say that I feel completely ripped off. If you should use Reliance, be SURE to get competitive bids from other plumbers as well. If you need someone in an emergency, they are great first responders.

He flushed the system to remove the sediment from the bottom of the water heater tank. He also checked the performance and condition of the water heater, including the tank, heating element, and the connections. Ed reported all his findings to me and made recommendations. I found him to be very professional and polite. Even though it was New Year's Eve, he didn't rush the job. He was very thorough in his work and in explaining everything to me.

The experience with Reliance Home Services, Inc was good, actually good. It worked out good. They came when they said they were going to come. They were knowledgeable. The advertisement seemed like they would be doing more but it was just a general inspection and I thought that it was going to be a little bit more detailed. I think that is the only issue that I had. I would recommend them. They are good. I would rate them 'A' for pretty much everything. I have no complaints. I would use this service again in the future.

Overall, I was disappointed with this provider. They confirmed what I already knew and still charged me for a service call.

Great! Ed came to the house, flushed the instant hot water heater and did a thorough plumbing inspection including crawling under the house. Didn't try to sell me anything.

I am not happy with them. They came when I wasn't home, my daughter was here, they were here like ten minutes and she said she couldn't tell what they did. I had another plumbing problem sometime after that, I tried someone else from Angie's List to came and they're telling how my water heater was completely full of sediments, so I don't think that those other people did anything, to be honest with you.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was fine. Their quality of service and professionalism was good.

He did a thorough job of going over the heater. I had him look at the condenser as well. And he said that checking the AC in the summer months is more beneficial. He seemed very capable and courteous and didn't find anything wrong with me heater!

The company called and informed me they could not perform the flush without a valve being added for an additional $150.00.

Although I called Reliance and talked to George Baral, it wasn't Reliance that came out. It was George Baral from Green Building Solutions (which I believe is owned by Mr. Baral) that came out. I had just completed some plumbing work and I wanted to verify what was told to me by Ritz Plumbing on La Brea in Los Angeles. Ritz did not do the work as their estimate was HIGHWAY ROBBERY. $2,850. Cleveland Morris from Mrs. Rooters a state licensed plumber came out on a Saturday (with a helper) and charged me $215.00 as all I really needed was the expansion tank. Everything else I had was working fine. BTW: Mrs. Rooters telephone number is 323-855-5008. I wanted an inspection done so that I had a written back-up to the review I gave Ritz Plumbing. George Baral did that and included his written opinion plus photographs of all the "work" that Ritz said I needed...which wasn't needed at all. I am not sure what the connection is between Reliance and Green Building Solutions but I am very happy with George Baral and Green Building Solutions.

The first technician from Reliance stated if you don?t drain your water heater every year, you shouldn?t just drain it at once. So he did not flush it. My father in law who waited for the technician, did not show him the ?to do list? and the technician left. It took 4 phone calls to get to them but they did agree to come out again no charge. He came back out and told me that there were things wrong that needed to be fixed. I asked for estimate, he never got back to me with that estimate. The Reliance technician told me that a few things may be covered by my home warranty. I hired a tech through home owner insurance. According to Reliance, my water pressure was very high. I felt that reliance was trying to sell me on unnecessary things. There were drains under the house that previously leaded and then rusted and Reliance stated that it needed to be replaced, but I have ABF piping which doesn?t rust. There were problems however the other technician that I had come out today fixed the shut off valves under the sinks in 20 minutes.

It went very well. He called when he was close to the house. He examined my water heater, flushed it out as per my service request, and made recommendations, as I was previously made aware by another provider. He explained the differences between heater gallon sizes and whether or not it would be possible to get a larger heater vs going to a tankless water heater. He also gave me an estimate for the 3 scenerios we discussed. An added bonus, he helped to tighten a loose faucet handle. I would definitely use this company's services again.

One of the valves is leaking and was replaced, but still leaks. The quality of these valves is not good. I requested a different brand but the technician said that was what the company used. I am not a happy customer, and I will have to get him back again. I cannot recommend this company as of today. Supposedly the work is under warranty for one year, but what a nuisance to continually have a problem that is not resolved.

thought they would do more than just open the drain valve and remove just a little bit of water and let flow through a filter. drained maybe 3 gallons. To me flushing a water heater is to remove all the water and actually flush the heater. Oh well, live and learn.

Good inspection, but no follow up . NO ESTIMATE. I called the company , but they must sub contract with the guy who came to my house since they had no idea who I was referring to. When they finally figured out who they sent out, it was 3 days later. Once I spoke with my specific plumber and asked for an estimate of everything he identified as needing attention, he said he'd get back to me. That was about 10 days ago,and still hasn't contacted me with an estimate. Not sure I'd ever use this company since it's obviously a 1 800 dentist type of business where they just refer a contractor they signed up. these are not local business people . Angie's list has to do a better job of monitoring these types of companies. Had the same problem with he locksmith deal I bought. The locksmith wasn't from my community. He tried to extort more money out of me , saying the plan I bought from Angie's list was just for him to come out, not to do any work. Told him to leave and called a local locksmith who came out and didn't charge me for the house call. Angie, if you're listing. you have to screen these companies. a lot of them are MILLS. They sign up sub contractors that are obviously less qualified and must give a percentage of whatever they make to the MAIN company that is offering these specials on Angie's list. Another words, they're really just a call center that have signed up people willing to give them a percentage for every customer they sent to them. I've about had it with Angie's list. They seem no better then these people they keep letting run special on there site.

They were running late but called to tell me and arrived right at the revised time. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out a couple of potential problems and finished the job promptly. I was very pleased with the service - it was really a good deal.

Jaime is the best! He's my "go-to" plumbing expert at Reliance and I ALWAYS ask for him to service our home-- which he's done for several years. Over the years Jaime has done everything at our older home from sewer work, to replacing toilets, to general maintenance, keeping our home running smoothly and cost-effectively. What I like best is that Jaime actually FIXES things. He doens't take the easy way out and just replace everything (which is way more expensive)-- his work is excellent and very reliable. I highly recommend Jaime and Reliance.

Three weeeks later the motor went bad. They came out again and gave me another estimate of 1200. I called to ask for a refund and at first they would not give it back. The manager then agreed to give part of my money back and to do a diagnostic for more money. I cotacted the owner and he said he was going to make it right and go do it himself. He never came, he sent someone else to do another diagnostic. He said he was going to fix it but then he stopped returning my calls. I went to the BBB,but they never helped. Eventually I had to get my refund from my credit card company becasue the company just kept saying that i had enough time to reply back to them. I had spent alot of money to get the issue fixed.

We have them out two times a year ( April and October). They do basic maintenance on our system. We also have them out for plumbing services as well. We have a 3 year contract with them. The contract includes labor, if there is a part that has to be replaced we pay for the part. They are always professional, on time and very good about contacting us when they are on their way.
