Description of Work: Installed new water heater and valve regulator. Their plumbers are professional, accommodating and very clean. I do feel like they are looking to up charge or find more work. I also think they are pricey. They are reliable and I have had no issues with the work done.

Description of Work: Not sure thety knew what they were doing in order to fix the garbage disposal in the sink. They said it would need this big intervention, but then I called another company and they fixed it for a fraction of the price, without having to do the big deal that these people suggested. I was housesitting, so it wasn't actually at my home.

Description of Work: I had an appointment on May 15 with the time window of 2-4pm. No one showed up and no one called to let me know they were not coming. I made another appointment for June 9 and was called that they were running late for my 1-3pm appointment. They then told me it would be between 4 and 5. It was for the 20-point air conditioning tune up. The technician who came was Aaron. He was so professional and thorough and nice that I almost forgot that I was so angry w/his office. He was here for 2 hrs., up on my roof where the condenser is, and he took pictures and showed me what it looks like, then he came inside and inspected the other part and tried to clean it out and showed me pictures. He was such an excellent employee, but my ratings for the company are low because they don't seem to care about being reliable.

Description of Work: Explained how the plumbers would lay out the gas line and oversea part of the job. Cesar made sure that everything would be repaired and left as found. He met with us several times to go over the job and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we would be satisfied.

Description of Work: It was for a 20 point inspection on my air conditioner - not sure what all they did but they checked the air and said all was fine - except they did not have the right size filter and put 1/2 inch one on mine and said it would work while my took a 4 and 1/2 inch filter. I didn't like that. And they called after I had already taken the day off and rescheduled for the afternoon - my job does not accomadate me changing my time off. Otherwise they employee was punctual to the afternoon time and the guy who came out was very friendly and professional. To no fault of his it did me no good if the company couldn't provide the right supplies and the ad said a new air filter was included. They did respond to my calls right away though.

Description of Work: They put in a tankless water heater and did lot of plumbing. One of the best experiences I had had. The did it perfectly and quickly.

Description of Work: I have used Burbank Plumbing Svc & Repair Inc a few times for plumbing work. At one point they replaced a water heater and another time they replaced a faucet in a bathroom.
