The plumber was a little too dismissive of my questions and too anxious to throw out the old unit (a high quality older faucet) and bill me handsomely for the whole service. I went online, looked up my faucet, saw the parts diagram and figured out where there may be a blockage. I ordered a new flexible hose plus a mixing unit, for a total of about $110, installed them myself and have had a perfect experience thus far. Plumbing is not rocket science, is hard to get at sometimes and can be frustrating if you don't have the tools.

Carl was later than promised, and I had to call the office to see when he was coming. Coincidentally, he arrived about five minutes later. I gave him the replacement part I had ordered; he installed it, explained how it fixed the problem, and departed. Another happy customer!

The estimate was 3x higher than what other providers proposed.

Started on time, but had problems right away. Removed old unit, & then I found out they hadn't pulled a permit (which is required by law). It was suppose to be a one day job that utilized all my existing duct work. Turned out to be several weeks before the furnace was able to pass inspection. In the process they blocked all my existing duct work, and had to cut vents inside the house and on the roof. Left several deep scratches in hard wood floor and grease prints on interior. Good news is that they didn't charge me for extra vents (although their prices are outrageous to start with). They have fixed my plumbing in the past, but I've tried 3 times to get an estimate for copper re piping. I won't bother trying again.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND RESPONSIVE. PERFORMED THE ENTIRE DRAIN PIPE REPLACEMENT IN ONE DAY. REMOVED ALL DEMOLITION DEBRIS FROM SITE AND TESTED THE NEW DRAIN FOR LEAKS. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED.

Meran was very professional. The initial cleaning took a whole day and was fantastic! Subsequent visits have been progressively less meticulous. Trashcan liners are not usually replaced, dusty spots are missed, and the kid's bedrooms are sometimes skipped. They are adamant about not touching dishes or pet messes. They won't handle the laundry even if it's clean. They will clean the frig if you ask, but sometimes they seem sulky when I make a specific request. Windows are extra. They seem very honest, and leave the house secure if I'm not home, but they do a better job if I am there with them.

When a representative came out to quote the job, they mentioned that it would likely take around 4 hours. I knew the parts would cost no more than $100, so when I received quote of $925 ($725 labor + $200 parts) I had to call them back to see why it was so much. As it turned out, they ''accidentally mis-calculated'' the cost of labor and told me to take $100 dollars off the quote. I asked why the parts were so much. They claimed the parts cost $200, but when pressed could not really justify it. I have had decent work done by Burbank Plumbing in the past, but now will not use them again. I do not trust their pricing scheme and feel that they are overly padding the cost of work to fill there pockets.

Prompt arrival, diagnosis and repair by polite, English speaking repairman. The blocked faucet required pipe replacement under the house and a new secondary supply faucet for refrigerator ice maker. Repairman's calculation of time matched mine, but at $88.00 per hour, it was not cheap. Still, I was pleased with service.

Their representative did a good job, but estimated it taking a lot longer than it did and still we were charged the price of the estimate.

These plumbers are tops! As a repeat customer, they called with a special and we had them do the annual service on our tankless water heater plus clean the sewer line to the street (preventative). On time, great service, no upsell pressures, and very clean. We will definitely use them again.

On time, cooperative, very expensive.

THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSISTENT, AND NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MIS-DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM. WE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND THEY WERE GOOD, BUT I THINK THAT THEY HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD THREE DIFFERENT SERVICE GUYS LOOK AT THE SAME PROBLEM AND HAVE THREE DIFFERENT OPINIONS. THEY WEREN'T TRAINED PROPERLY AND NOBODY WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

We've had Burbank plumbing out for several jobs (installed a new water heater, unclogged our washing machine line, etc) and it has always been a good experience. Their prices are reasonable compared to other companies we've used in the past and the quality of work has been very good. Had a slight problem with scheduling this job (they showed up a week early and we weren't home), but other than that it was a good experience.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY PROVIDED PROMPT AND RELIABLE SERVICE. THEY ALSO PROVIDED A GUARANTEE FOR THEIR WORK. THEY DID, IN FACT, COME BACK OUT ON TWO ADDITIONAL OCCASIONS.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY BASICALLY GOT THINGS DONE ON TIME, AND THEY DID A REASONABLE JOB. IT WAS HARD TO GET THINGS SCHEDULED. ONCE THEY WERE HERE, THINGS WENT SMOOTHLY, BUT THIS PROBABLY IS THE FAULT OF THE CONTRACTOR, AND NOT THE PLUMBER.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT AND COST EFFICIENT.

THE JOB WAS GREAT AND THEY DID IT VERY NICELY AND THE WORKERS ARRIVED EARLY. THEY EVEN GAVE US A VERY GOOD DEAL. EVERYTHING WAS JUST GREAT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND FAST.

THE GUY ALEX WAS LATE AND CALLED TO SAY HE WAS AND HE WAS POLITE AND DID EVERYTHING THE WAY WE WANTED IT. IT WAS REALLY GOOD. I LIKE THE WAY HE DID IT.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN MIXED. THE PEOPLE COMING TO DO THE WORK ARE PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE FOLLOW THROUGH AND RESPONSIVENESS HAS BEEN DIFFICULT. I'VE HAD TO CALL MANY TIMES TO GET A RESPONSE. BUT THEY EVENTUALLY COME THROUGH.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AS THE PLUMBER WAS ABLE TO UNCLOG THE TUB. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID MY PLUMBING AND DRAIN CLEANING IN MY HOUSE. THEY WERE REALLY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. I LOVE THIS COMPANY AND I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY GOT HERE ON TIME, THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS.

MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER CLEANING SERVICES I'VE USED. (I'VE PAID AS LITTLE AS $ 45 PER VISIT FOR CLEANING THE SAME SPACE.) MERRY MAIDS WORKERS ARE WELL TRAINED AND ARE CONSISTENT AND RELIABLE IN QUALITY OF WORK. MANAGEMENT IS FLEXIBLE WITH CHANGING CLEANING DATES OR TIMES TO ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL SCHEDULE CHANGES.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY FIXED THE MAIN LINE AND IT WAS WORTH IT TO PAY THEM THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY. HE WAS ON TIME AND FUNNY.
