real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreI needed a probate appraisal done on my mother's residence and came across Randy McDowell's name. Out of the six appraisers in my area I tried contacting, he was the only one who returned my call the same day. His cost was right in my ball park (as opposed to another company who wanted $1200). We set up an appointment. I received a confirmation e-mail and he showed up on the scheduled day, right on time. Randy was not only courteous and easy to talk to, he was very considerate about not disturbing my elderly mother as he worked. He e-mailed me the appraisal report within the time promised, which I was able to download and open easily. The report was thorough and included comparable sales and photos. I would gladly recommend him to others.
