Description of Work: I was looking for a condominium to buy and hired Randolph as my real estate agent. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual person. He gives his honest feedback when asked, but never I felt any pressure from his side. His goal was to make sure I will be happy with whatever I buy, and it's ok if it takes a long time to find that perfect place. He is a very patient person and is a preasure to deal with.

Description of Work: I am a first time home buyer and was initially intimidated by the whole process of buying a property and what it might entail. I also had some bad experiences with medical providers (who overcharged me or billed for services they did not provide) right before I started looking. So understandably I was less than trusting in the beginning of working with this realtor. However, Randolph's sincerity, reassurance, guidance and explaining everything along the way, soon won me over. He was responsive, punctual, hardworking, had my best interests in mind, and did everything he promised to do. What especially impressed me about Randolph is that he goes that "extra mile" and makes sure that everything is taken care of. He thought of potential problems ahead of time and paid attention to small details. Randolph saved me thousands of dollars by advising me to actually bid lower (thus going against his own interests in some aspects) on the property that I was so excited about that I was willing to make an offer way above the asking price. Randolph's knowledge of the market and particulars of this bidding situation ensured that I didn't have to spend above of what was needed to secure this property.
