Manuel from this company came out to look at our refrigerator. He spent a few minutes looking at it and at the end he determined that it was the pcb board. We replaced the board with two different ones and same issued remained. We have tried several times to call and text with no reply. He took our money, misdiagnosed the issue, and then ignored us for follow ups. Stay away from this company.

Friendly and went above and beyond to replace the lid lock assembly on a Maytag washer. Would hire again. Five Stars.

Manuel did a terrific job. He provided me with an upfront quote, had all of the parts with him, and did a great job of cleaning up the inside of the machine during the repair (which, after 10 years, was very dirty). During the job, he discovered (and showed me) that the motor was broken and would likely fail in the near future (which might cause additional damage). We discussed attempting to repair the motor or replacing it. He provided me with a quote, and I decided to have the motor replaced. He ordered the motor, which arrived the next business day -- and he was back out at our home in the late-morning to finish the repair (including replacing the motor). The clothes dryer is now quiet and works like new. It's ready for its next decade or more of trouble-free service. He is very conscientious, kind, personable and professional.

He returned my call right away and took the time to listen to my description of the problem we were having with our washing machine. In December 2023 I noticed that my 9-year-old GE clothes dryer wasn't drying my clothes so well, so I called Sears. The technician came out, hit the back of my dryer, pushed in a knob, and said "Now it's working!" For that, I paid over $100 in service fees and got a 30-day warranty and the d*** thing stopped working again! Just this month February 2024, I started having the same problem that Sears had supposedly fixed so I called the Reliable Appliance company; they came out, charged me $99 for the service fee, and in the end told me to just buy a brand new dryer because the parts & labor were gonna cost me more than $500! I was about to buy a brand-new dryer for more than $700 when the thought came to me to contact Angi's List and that's when I had the wonderful experience of meeting Manuel, Owner of R&M Company! Manuel responded right away to my service request, we spoke over the phone about the problem which I told him I had already had diagnosed. He said no problem and told me he had all the parts and could fix the issues with the dryer. Manuel came out the next day; he was on time, he was very thorough, he re-checked ALL of the work from the other two companies and told me they had been wrong! Manuel fixed my dryer problem in about 30 minutes, now it's working like a CHARM and better than ever before, and he only charged me $200 for parts & labor! Good riddance to Sears and everybody else! R&M and Manuel are the only people I'll be using for my washer and dryer repairs! Manuel is honest, his prices are very reasonable, and he has a whole lot of integrity! I know soon he'll have to hire a whole new crew of workers because, with his level of integrity & honesty, this man's business is going to grow by leaps & bounds!! Thank You for everything Manuel, I can't wait to do business with you again!
