A section of my front yard collapsed into the cement walkway between my house and my neighbors house. When I went to investigate, I was shocked and horrified to see a huge hole that went from my yard, underneath the cement walkaway, and into my neighbors yard. I instantly had a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. I needed to have a lawn professional come out to investigate to see if it could be related to a broken lawn sprinkler under the surface. I looked into HomeAdvisor for referrals and found Ramona's Sons Landscaping and Services. I called and Alex answered and was able to come to my home o the same day. He dug around the area of lawn that was collapsed and was able to determine that it was not my sprinklers or pipes, but was my neighbors sewer pipe that was broken and caused the collapse. He put caution tape and stakes around the area to prevent people from walking in that area. Alex and his helper were courteous, professional, easy to talk to, hard working, and had a great attitude which alleviated my fear and concerns. They checked and adjusted my sprinkler system to make sure everything was working fine. They were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Outstanding service. Alex was on time and solved the sprinkler valve system problem. He also secured the sprinkler timer to the wall, which the original installer had not done. A very hard working, friendly individual. I highly recommend his service.
