+ -1 moreI DROPPED MY COMPUTER OFF THEY CLEANED UP THE PROBLEM AND ALSO LOADED AN ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM ON IT. THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS COMPANY WERE SO CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND I LIKED THAT. THEY MADE YOU FEEL WELCOME.
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER HAD CAUGHT A VIRUS AND I NEEDED TO HAVE IT REMOVED AND HAVE MY COMPUTER CLEANED UP.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY QUICKLY FIXED MY COMPUTER. I TOOK IT IN ON A MONDAY EVENING AND I HAD IT BACK THAT MORNING. AFTER CHECKING OUT MY SYSTEM, THEY DETERMINED THAT I WAS INFECTED WITH THE WORM VIRUS, THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR THE SYSTEM, BUT IT JUST MADE ME LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING AN ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER.
Description of Work: TOOK MY COMPUTER TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE MY COMPUTER HAD CRASHED. I DIDN'T HAVE AN ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM.
