The guy shows up and asks me to start signing papers, but before I fill anything out I clarify with him that it would probably be around $35, right? I expected to maybe pay a little more (since that's how these things go). His response? "Oh no, this will $150!" When I declined, he tried to charge me the $19 service charge anyway. For doing nothing!!! I finally walked away and he shouted after me and chased me down the parking lot. Only after I went inside did he agree to do the job for the $19 PLUS $35, and ONLY if I paid in cash. I reluctantly agreed, and 30 seconds later he opened up the car. He wanted $150. For 30 seconds of work. Before he finished he said "If you ever do this again, don't call us." Yeah, don't worry buddy, I won't. Stay away.
Description of Work: My son locked my keys in my trunk, so I called a couple of local companies. Most quoted me $40-55, but these guys quoted me $35 so I went with them.
