We were very satisfied. He listened to all of our requests and he was very accommodating if we wanted anything changed. He was pleasant and professional and his workers were very professional as well. He came on time, he always returned phone calls, and his bid was well within reason. We think he did a great job. He has done work in the neighborhood for other people because they were happy with the work Rafael did for us. He and his crew are great; they are really hard workers and they don?t sit around. When he gives you a time estimate, you can pretty much count on it.

Rafael and his associate are fabulous! My backyard looks beautiful. He really knows what he is doing and has incredible work ethic. He would change anything without complaint and listened to me. They were very respectful that they were in someone else's home. They were quiet (no radio) Rafael has a lawn service once a week, but would send his associate (who also is incredible) on that day. He also worked every Saturday. If he was late he would call and at the end of the day would call to ask if I approved of the work. I have done extensive work on my 60 year old home and they have by far been the easiest to work with. My only complaint would be I would get on their cases about cleaning up and covering up piles of cement. After awhile they would just do it. Also he saved me a bundle on delivery charges and would pick up supplies that were ordered.

My experience with him was fabulous. He is reasonable and knowledgeable. He is willing to work with you. I would recommend him and use him again in the future.
