There was a spa built in the old deck that was also removed along with its plumbing and electical which Sheldon also removed and capped off at source switch properly. In addition he removed and hauled away all pool equipment and rerouted it's electrical and capped the gas line at its origin. He basically recreated the orginal deck in all new lumber with proper anchors and treated lumber under structure. He finished the top steps and side with clear 2x6 redwood decking and that he got at very reasonable price. He also critter-proofed the raised deck by surrounding it all with 1 inch galvanized screening underneath and out of sight. All very nicely done and professionally handled. Once pool equipment was removed he built a garden work bench and installed it where the equipment used to be. He knows electrical very well, and can handle anything related to construction of all kinds. He knows how to do things right, and insists on doing it that way. If you just want cheap and crumby, don't call him. He does great work for a very fair price. I had several estimates. Were I to do more work on the house I'd definitely call Sheldon. And hey, he's a really nice guy too.

Overall, it went very smoothly, no surprises and lots of hard work.

Sheldon arrived on time to our home and explained all that he would be doing before he began replacing the gutters on the exterior of our home. He explained the materials he was using and helped us decide on the color choice for painting our gutters. He worked meticulously and thoroughly to complete the job. Sheldon is a perfectionist which we truly appreciate as we want our home to look its best while using the best quality products at a reasonable price. He completed the job in a matter of a few days. Sheldon also resolved a leak issue we were having in the kitchen and redid part of the wall that had suffered from leak damage. We no longer have any leak issues in the kitchen, thanks to Sheldon. As for the other services he provided, our nursey bedroom looks wonderful. We couldn't be happier. He was able to paint, install light fixtures and curtains in one day. Our shower in the master bedroom would leak water from one side because the glass door did not come in full contact with the tiled wall. As a result water was leaking through and running down to the floor. As a result the inside of the wall was suffering from water damage and our carpet was becoming discolored by the bathroom door. Sheldon was able to resolve this issue by using material to eliminate the space between the shower door and the wall. He also removed the water damage in the wall and drywalled the wall and repainted it when finished. We no longer have any issues with our shower too. We are extremely happy with his work and would recommend him to friends in the future.

Sheldon is wonderful to work with. I have used him before in the past for interior painting jobs, and this time he provided additional services for us and did not disappoint. He is punctual and very professional. He came to my home to work on our entryway, which required painting, reworking of the electrical outlets, dismantling a chandelier and fixing the ceiling with drywall. He did an excellent job and provided affordable pricing. I am so happy with our entryway. Initially we only had one outlet and he rewired and added the electrical circuit so that we could have two outlets. We also had an outdated chandelier in our entryway that we wanted removed. He removed the chandelier and restored the ceiling so that it looked like the chandelier had never been there. He made helpful recommendations as to the kind fo paint we should use and other useful tips. We will definitely use him again for future remodeling and additions to our home.
