+ -1 moreSomeone called to let me know that they were too busy. No we will get back to you or anything like that. Not very impressed with that kind of thoughtlessness and that makes me question their after sale support.
Description of Work: Requested a rewire and installation of movable racks and replacement of a frequency modulator.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY SET UP TWO MEDIA ROOMS FOR US IN OUR HOME 8 YEARS AGO AND HAVE CONTINUED TO PROVIDE SERVICE SINCE THEN, MOST RECENTLY WITH THIS NEW REMOTE. THOUGH PRICEY, THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND UP-TO-DATE WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY.
