+ -1 moreHe was hired by my contractor. However, I found that lights were on 24/7. I couldn't find switches for the lights. Other lights were wired to incorrect switches. Also, Avila tried to charge me both for work not done by him, and work done by another electrician. I had another electrician, CE Morgan, walk the job with Avila and my general contractor pointing out all the incorrect wiring, including things that were both dangerous and against code. It cost me $6k to fix his work, which still isn't done. Then he argued with me, the GC and the other electrician about his bill. Also has a bad reference on insider pages.
Description of Work: Avila was asked to provide a bid to wire for a new guest house.
