Description of Work: Armando did his job well! I appreciate his welcoming attitude and willingness to share any and all observations with us. He made us feel very comfortable, helping us to feel confident with his service. Also, he means what he says. He said he'd have our report the next day, early morning; sure enough it was in my inbox. His report was thorough and detailed.

Description of Work: Armando Rosa arrived at the property right on-time at 10:00 am. He spent around 1:45 hours to go though the whole property with a checklist that covered evething in detail. He also took many pictures and explained each item with me. He also tested all appliances, water pressures, electrical outlets, unde sinks piping and smoke/co2 alarms. Armando 42 pages report is outstanding with comments and pictures. I will use his service again in the future.

Description of Work: From start to finish, Armando was professional, courteous and efficient. I wanted to get an inspection done quickly and he was able to make time in his schedule for the day I had set aside - I wanted to be at the house when he conducted the inspection so I could hear any details directly from him and ask any follow-up questions I had. I did have several questions and he gladly took the time to fully answer them and to explain the details if I asked him to. His inspection of the property was thorough and he pointed out areas of concerns.After the inspection, he emailed me the completed Inspection Report (in PDF format).This is my first home purchase, so I greatly appreciated his patience with all my questions. I definitely recommend Quality Home Inspections.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with Mr. Rosa's work. He showed up early for the appointment, and was already checking the electrical meters when I arrived 10 minute early for the appointment. He even fit us in at 4pm on Good Friday. Inside the property, he was very thorough in checking the water systems, heating systems, appliances, and electrical systems. During the inspection, provided us tips about remodeling considerations based on the existing configuration of the condo. More importantly, we felt confident about what we should push for the seller to fix before buying the property, namely the safety issues related to the water heaters. He even completed the report for us by Friday night. The only thing I wish he would have done was a more careful inspection of the atrium/skylight for leaks. Overall, we felt that Mr. Rosa was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and we would use him again.

 + -1 moreReally a fine man with great attention to detail. Not the cheapest by any means but also not the most expensive. It was totally worth it. He spent about seven hours here including a chat about what he found (pre-report writing) for about an hour. The report was very comprehensive and Peter is very detail oriented. Exactly what you want in a home inspector. On a personal note, this man is smart and interesting, someone you would invite to a dinner party with friends and that was a bonus that I never thought possible. Additionally, he loves animals, so really, how bad could he be? I totally recommend him.
Description of Work: We are thinking of buying a house and had an inspection done.

 + -1 moreArmando showed up and inspected our home right when he said he would. Our home has only one crawl space which leaves a large area to cover on your knees. This was the most thorough inspection we have ever had and would highly recommend them to anyone knowing this has saved us thousands from doing unnecessary repairs.
