We are always happy with quality carpet care.

I used an Angie's List coupon - $95 for $200 worth of work. They showed up two hours earlier than the three-hour window that they had scheduled with me. I had to cancel another appointment so that they could do the work at their convenience. They were done with the work and headed out the door when I discovered that too much of the rug had been cut away and there was a gap between the edge of the rug and the threshold of the sliding closet door track. The technician tried to tell me that the track was loose and that's why the carpet didn't reach the track. I told him that it was obvious that he cut off too much. Finally, the supervisor Mike tightened the track and agreed that there was a problem and he said that they would make it right so they got the stretching equipment and restretched the carpet so that it now meets the door track. I should not have to argue with the technician. The excuses that the other person made were lame and really frustrating but Mike made sure that I was happy. However, I would not call them again.

Very fine job and it was easy to work with the staff.

The company refused to clean our carpets at all for $69, and we were not about to pay over $400 for such a small job so we hired another company we had used before, and they did the work for more than $69 but far less than what Quality was quoting.

Got exactly what I paid for. When the truck was driving a away, I noticed for $98.00 you could get three rooms cleaned. I got one room for $89 and the tech didn't mention a special.

They knew what they were doing and worked very hard.

Service was good, response time and people were friendly. The quality of work performed on the stair case was disappointing as they certainly performed very fast but after the carpet dried on the staircase you can see where they cleaned and how they went very fast and did not do a thorough cleaning. You can see the marks where the cleaning appliance hit and where it did not. I did the $69 for 3 rooms deal and added the stairs and another room, I thought the pricing was fair but not sold on the quality of cleaning. They just went very fast, too fast to do a good job on the stairs (not the part you walk on but the flat vertical part of the carpet leading to the next step). Update 1/8/18--I was contacted immediately by the owner after submitting this review. He scheduled a new cleaning. When the service person came out he recognized that the first job was not the best. They went about cleaning the stair case again and now I have no issues with the cleaning job. The second crew was fantastic.

Workers were a bit late in arriving, but the office called several times to let me know. (They were on a big job that kept taking longer than they had expected.) But once they arrived they were professional. Surveyed the entire house, set up, then worked very hard until they were done. I was very pleased.

He called in the morning to see if they could come earlier. I had already made plans and would not be home. I told him I would not be home and would be there at 1:00, as we had agreed on earlier. At 12:00 I got a call from our security guard saying that they were there and wanted to get in! I called the number of the person who had called that morning and told them I would meet them at the time we had agreed on. I met them at 1:00 and they had apparently been sitting in the van in the parking lot for an hour. Although QC did the same job in August for $68, he told me the $68 special was for only 2 “areas”, so the bedroom and hallway would be an additional 2 areas for $45 each. (See pictures of how small these “areas” are.) He finally agreed to do the whole thing for $155, which included “sanitizing” since I have cats (it appeared to be some kind of scent they added to the water). The entire job only took them about 45 minutes total! I had made a payment of $68 for the “special” when I ordered it in October. He called someone and said “they” couldn’t find the payment, so he asked me to pay the $155 now, and when “they” found it, I would get a refund. I was appalled! I said no. What reputable company does business that way? I had to get my computer and search until I found the payment. I gave him a check for the remainder. It took 4 days for the carpet to dry completely. My house smelled like wet carpet for 3 days! If he had taken more time to suck up more of the water it would not have taken so long to dry. Less than a week later, dark spots are beginning to reappear. I will not be doing business with this company again.
