Excellent. Showed up to work on time. Professional. Worked quickly and did an amazing job on my dirty grout. Made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I will definitely hire again for my dirty grout and may eve try them for carpet cleaning.

It went great! They were prompt, professional and thorough! Carpets came out looking fantastic. A few days later a small stain started to show. I called them and they came out the very next day to rectify it. The stain was removed , it looked great! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. :)

They cleaned carpets in our home in Jan 2018 which included 5 rooms and stairs. Everything went well. The carpet looks great after two months. We also used the Angie's list coupon and got a discount. All together very happy the work done.

We take very good care of our upholstery and floors (e.g., no shoes in house); so we were really doing a trial run to find a group to maintain our Persian rugs and upholstery. Starting small made sense: clean an armchair and a stair runner. How’d they do? Robert was punctual and professional, listening first to what we were looking to do, and then allowing us to ‘drop off’ our floors in the work areas before he began. He was careful of our property as he worked (a big plus with us in this lovingly restored 105 year-old Craftsman, finished in a very reasonable amount of time, and the runner and armchair look like new. Costs were very reasonable, too. And we appreciated the follow-up call and letter to check our satisfaction a few days out. Will we use them again? Absolutely—especially since we learned from him that Quality Carpet Cleaning has an in-house Persian rug specialist. Thanks, Robert and QCC, Inc.!

Excellent communication throughout the process and extremely timely. Technician came out and said he would clean the couch and only charge me afterward if the stains were removed. Stains came right out (including white stains from where I tried to spot clean with OxyClean and it looked liked it changed the color of the fabric). Extremely happy about this service.

The price was good, but the carpet wasn't clean. He did it twice but it was still dirty. I spoke to the owner and she said she would do it again, but I figured that if it didn't come clean after two tries to hire someone else. I did hire someone else at a higher price and the carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction.

The gentleman arrived when expected and moved furniture to clean under and around. Most carpet cleaners will not move furniture.

meh. I had to do the deep cleaning myself afterwards (with baking soda...) AND they charged me double since they thought the carpets weren't clean enough to begin with.

I have been using this firm for about 3-4 years now. Along with carpet cleaning I have also had my tile cleaned twice. I am extremely pleased with the professionals who have cleaned my carpet but especially Mike and Gary who have come out the last two times to clean the carpet and to clean my tile. I could not be more pleased; the carpet which is 14 years old and the tile which is 30 years old look like new. I have used other companies in the past and have never experienced such a good result. I am so happy to have discovered this company, the office is friendly and responsive and Mike and Gary are absolutely superb in the work they have performed, and at a very competitive price.

Gilberto did an outstanding job. He even moved some heavy furniture pieces to deliver a thorough cleaning experience. I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He is definitely a cut above the rest! I have also used Gilberto for carpet repairs on three separate occasions . Again, impeccable work performed. Ask for him by name!

The company was very responsive and promptly set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the person was on time however the first thing they did was point out how they would not be able to clean certain areas and then started upselling other services. Once the person started in with telling me what they would not do, it reminded me of the reviews I had read about the person and how this was consistent with their behavior on other jobs. After the carpet dried, some areas were still not clean. When the company called to check up, I explained what had occurred and they sent someone else to take care of the work. This person left things in a much better status and we were happy that they came back out to take care of certain spots. Only reason we give a B is because of the first technician that we dealt with.

I am writing this review for follow up work that was done on Jan 11th, 2018 and it relates to a bad review I wrote on Jan. 9th, 2018 for the initial experience I had on Jan 8th, 2018 with Quality Carpet Cleaning. I was very unhappy with some of the work done on Monday, Jan.8th, 2018. I hired this company because of all the excellent reviews and ratings on Angie's List. For details on what I was unhappy about you can find my review as the person who paid $844.00. I have to say now, I am VERY IMPRESSED with how this company responds to reviews. I never expected to hear from anyone, and was just planning on chalking it up to a bad choice that I would never hire again, but Mark called me up the day after I posted my review and we discussed the experience, and he asked if he could send someone out to rectify what I was not happy with. Kevin was the guy that showed up on Jan 11th, 2018. I showed him what I was unhappy with and he got right to work cleaning edges next to walls, the edges of the chair cushions and the straps that snap to hold the cushions in place that were not cleaned, etc.. I was very pleased when Kevin left my house. Mark called me a couple of times to follow up and to make sure I was happy with the end results. He also refunded half of the original amount that I was charged for 3M Scotchgard because I thought that $387.00 was way too pricey, especially since my chairs were all just a cushion on the seat and the back, hardly any material to treat. In my experience, it is very rare for an executive of a company to go to such lengths to read all reviews, and follow up with customers and make sure they are completely happy with the work performed for them. I definitely recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will definitely not hesitate to call them for future work, especially if Mark Wils is still running the operation.

Excellent, exceeded expectations. Angel and Chewy arrived on time and immediately set to work after reviewing my requirements. They corrected any discrepancies cheerfully and enthusiastically. Angel checked in frequently with me to ensure I was satisfied with their progress. He also pointed out some issues with the grout when it was previously done in 2006 and made suggestions. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a deal for tile refinishing with them, but my job turned out to be much bigger than I originally thought. Mark the owner helped me figure out what My options were and went above and beyond to help me get the service I needed.
