This was a $165 big deal purchase. They were good. Maybe the prices could have been a little better. The workers that did the work were fine, just regular.

2 men showed up and did an amazing job. They were very professional, and even gave me a spot cleaner for free.

After the cleaning, it had a terrible wet dog smell which we had to leave it in the sun for about 4 days (a few hours a day).

The job was done thoroughly. Jose specifically addressed the areas where there were some stains and was able to remove most. However, one or two areas have an overworked look, the reason for a "B" quality. I used an Angie's Big Deal for $97 and paid an extra $45 for an enzyme spray to remove stains.

Outstanding response & service. They responded within 1 day of purchase. They scheduled a time for the same week within a window that worked for me. They arrived a few minutes early and completed the work with attention to quality and efficiency. I would certainly use this company again!

As with any company there are times things just do go perfectly well. Unfortunately my experience happened with one of those times. However, all involved (including the owner) were incredibly responsive and did exactly what needed to be done to satisfy the situation which is a rare and welcome thing to have happen. I will certainly use this company again when the time comes.

Henry the technician is amazing. Used him before and very thorough and professional. He cleaned my yacht.

The person who cleaned the carpet in the room left it too wet and it soaked the padding under the carpet. The carpet did not dry properly and it made the room smell like mildew. The damage was done and we had to replace the whole carpet. When we called the provider they refunded the total cost of service. I would not recommend them, and would not use them again. It was a disaster to reinstall carpet that was fine in the first place.

Ryan showed up on time. I asked him if he was the owner and he told me yes, this was his franchise. He asked a lot of questions about the areas to be cleaned, he was by himself so he asked if I could help him move my chair. It's a heavy chair so I could not. He also initially only cleaned carpet around my furniture until I asked him to please clean the room complete. He seemed kind of shocked that I would ask him to do that. I informed him that every other service I have used always does this. He complied politely and did what I requested, which was to slide the 2 couches and a chair out. He did not provide floor protectors so that the furniture feet would not get wet. He asked me for aluminum foil so that he could put it under each foot.

Purchased the Anglie's List deal for $97 but paid $65 due to extra rooms. All together, the cost covered 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 1 den, 1 family room, and stairs -- a very reasonable price. The technician was not particularly talkative; he just came in and did the work. But the quality was good, and I was very pleased with the final result. Will use them again.

They removed all of the humps in the carpet that were visible. There were some that were under furniture that didn't get done, but overall they did an excellent job on the parts that were done

The loveseats turned out very clean and I was happy with the results, although I had to supervise them and make them go over areas again to my satisfaction. I then decided to have them clean my stairs, hallway and several other rooms. The next day the carpet on the stairs was not clean (after it dried someone it was visible) and there was a new dirty spot at the bottom of the stairs in the hallway. Quality Carpet sent the same crew out again to redo the stairs. I still was not satisfied (my carpet is only one and one half years old), and to their credit, they sent out another team and finally the carpet was clean. Each appointment was quickly make and they stood by their satisfaction guarantee. But I'd have preferred to have it done correct the first time.

Company was prompt and professional. Did what they promised and did a great job with the carpets.

New year, new life, nothing like cleaning the house to start the year real clean, Quality Carpet Cleaning came to my home and leaved y carpet looking brand new, of course i don't have any kids or pets but still looking way better. The specials they offer are great so i got all the house done under an excellent price in a real quick time. Ill definitely call this company for future cleanings. Thanx!

They were really good. They were on time.

When I called they explained that the value of the coupon did not cover one room and a sectional so I agreed to pay an extra $28. The tech arrived on time and after seeing the sectional asked for another $40+ but I refused, having already agreed to to $28 extra. Anyway, he spent about 2 hrs cleaning the sofa and floor and seems to have done a good job.

The carpets cam out very well. He clean the rug we have and looks very nice. All the dog hair is gone.

They were here early & finished quickly. Very polite.

The technician came out and did not seem to be very knowledgeable. He went through my home and instead of telling me what he could do, began telling me what he could not do. He did some test spots, and the cleaning was very ineffective. I contacted the company, and they sent another technician out. He did a stupendous job, put padding under the furniture, and moved it all. I was very pleased with the job he did, however I was disappointed that it took me having to escalate this situation in order for it to be resolved. The company gave me a complimentary service and rectified the situation.

This is my second time using them. They are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable both over the phone (thank you, Donna) and on site. Both times they have done a careful and thorough job, and I plan to use them again.
