Description of Work: The guy who did it was very nice. I think that he did the best he could for the upholstry. The only complaint I would have it that most companies use a deoderizer, and the carpet smelled like that had not been done.

Description of Work: QCC did everthing right. Easy and quick to make appointment, Workman showed up exactly on time and did the work in an efficient and professional manner. My only issue is the cleaning left some of the carpet raised at the seams but I do not think that is an issue with the cleaning company.

Description of Work: I had this service performed on a 1/2 price coupon which the young man seemed to be unaware of. I was offered a disinfectant additive for $50 more and I said yes. The service was VERY fast, some small spots left behind. Not a bad job at all. I would call them again maybe watch closer.

Description of Work: I got the $147 whole house carpet cleaning big deal and it covered everything. The only add-on was $35 to add bleach. My carpets were very dirty with a bunch of spots and it now looks great!

Description of Work: My condo had a water leak inside the wall and we had extensive damage that required ripping out lots of sheetrock, the vanities, etc., as well as dry out and mold remediation. After all was said and done, the carpet in front of the 2nd vanity area off of the bedroom was dirty (from the water leak, dry out and work that was performed afterwards). I had them come in and clean that small area. Minimum charge was $68 and well worth it in my opinion. Fast, efficient, polite and it looks like new again.

Description of Work: First of all, there was no restrictions shown on the ad. I wasn't aware there was a 750 square foot maximum. There is. Otherwise, there is a $60.00 additional charge. There was no mention of "if you have pets or not." I was advised by the service man (?) that I should have told them in advance. How are we supposed to know that? So because I do have pets, I can't expect he will clean the carpet to the best of his ability UNLESS I agree to the addional pre-treatment charges. If that wasn't bad enough, he only cleaned two (2) rooms as opposed to the advertised three (3) rooms. The cherry on top was that I got an ad in the mail the same day from another company at the price of $49.00!

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean the carpets for $97, but I ended up spending over $400: first they said that they needed to charge extra for animal stains; then they talked me into cleaning a rug that really didn't need anything more than vacuuming; finally , they charged close to $100 to ' "scotchguard" the carpets. They spent a total of an hour and a half in my home and I had to move the light furniture - they didn't move any heavy stuff. Within two weeks, the carpet in the Library was dingy. A complete rip-off.

Wife then asked for cleaning of furniture (not on deal) - price now quadruple original offer. Did a good job, mind you, but paid a lot more than I was expecting to.

Description of Work: I had a Big Deal coupon and they cleaned 3 rooms of carpeting for me. They were very good, but I was not used to the carpet staying damp so long. I would use them again in the future, if it was a hot day and would dry quickly. I've only previously only used chem dry carept cleaning, which dries instantly, so I'm not really sure what to expect with regular carpet cleaning. I just wasn't expecting the carpet to remain damp.
