Description of Work: Very nice person arrived but continued to rack up double of what was offered in Angie's list. Offer was for 8 rooms, or whole houseto certain sq. ft., we didnt qualify for the entire house deal, we have 4 bedrooms upstairs, and our master counted as But master suite was counted as three rooms...this was for upstairs only, and not including....kept offering different costs for not included areas

Description of Work: I purchased their 3 room deal for $97, which came with one piece of furniture, on Friday and scheduled cleaning for Saturday. I received an appointment window of 1-4pm. Technician (Ken) arrived at 5pm...being that I only scheduled the appointment one day prior, I did not mind. When Ken cleaned my recliner, I was originally alarmed by the amount of water he used. Though when he showed me the amount of dirt he removed from the recliner and how quickly it would dry, I felt comfortable enough to have him clean my couches as well. Ken did a great job for us and were happy when he left. Unfortunately, a couple stains returned a few days after the cleaning. I called the company to inform them of the stains and they immediately offered a revisit asking for a date and time that would be convenient to us. Found office staff to be professional and customer focused. A different technician came for the revisit and took care of the stains for good (under warranty). Since it had been at least two years since our carpets were last cleaned, I was not surprised to have a couple deep stains. I would recommend the company again.

Description of Work: Roman from Quality Carpet Care did a very good job cleaning our year-old carpet (which is a taupe short shag). We are quite pleased with the results. Only complaint we have is that when I called to schedule the appointment, I was quoted a lower price, and when Roman saw the amount of carpet to be cleaned, the price went up. I believe the rep on the phone misunderstood the amount of carpet to be cleaned and gave me a lower quote. Roman and I worked it out with a small additional charge. The carpet looks great!

Description of Work: This team was amazing. They were in and out in under 30 minutes (my place is small). They came in to deodorize and sanitize my carpets because of my two dogs and did a great job. The closet didn't turn out well, so they immediately scheduled an appointment to come back and take care it at no additional cost.
