Description of Work: They explained the area rug policy and said someone would have to look it over to give an exact price. They gave a guesstimate of $100+ just for area rug.

Description of Work: I contacted Quality Carpet Cleaning before purchasing the coupon to to see if it would cover cleaning two sofas instead of one sofa and carpet. The scheduler I spoke with told me that wouldn't be a problem. That the coupon could be used for either carpet or sofas, but that I had to purchase the coupon before she could schedule the service. I purchased the coupon the next day and called back to schedule the service. I was told by a different scheduler that the coupon was good for a combination of carpet and stairs or carpet and sofa, but that it could not be used for two sofas, which was what I had expressly purchased the coupon for. I explained that I had spoken to someone the day before that said it could be used for two sofas, this person double checked with someone in their office and said that wasn't possible. The schedulers were always polite but not in agreement on what the coupon could be used for.

Description of Work: The coupon was only for wall-to-wall carpet cleaning and didn't apply to area rugs, which is what I needed. (Suggestion: make that very clear in the text of the coupon. There was no way for me to tell.) They came anyway, and cleaned my area rugs and I paid them directly. It cost a lot more than this $97 coupon, but they did a good job and I'd hire them again.

Description of Work: Ken and his cleaning partner reported to my home on time after calling ahead of their arrival. They took their shoes off before entering to walk across my wooden floors. The men were very engaged in our tour of the carpet areas. My purchase was $165.00 for 8 areas of carpet cleaning. They were respectful of our home and work at a steady clean pace. I was given an accurate drying time. Quality Carpet cleaners did a great job here and I will use them again right before Christmas holidays. Duane J.

Description of Work: I needed carpet repair and the first guy who came out arranged for a real expert to come back because it was beyond his expertise . I appreciated his honesty. It was done a couple of days later, and the guys did a great job. It was a job another carpet cleaning company couldn't do, and they gave us a fair price.

Description of Work: I hired them to do a cleaning in a very small, 512 square food condo. Their price was good, and they were happy to do this small job. The technician called me 30 minutes ahead of time, as requested, since this is a rental unit and I did not want to have to wait 3 hours. He showed up just as arranged, was very professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He called me when it was done, as he said he would. The carpet dried quickly, and looks great!

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for $97.00. When the company came out they told me the deal was for installed carpet only. I had 5 area rugs. They also said they could not clean the area rugs in my home (even though carpet cleaners I used in the past did do the cleaning in my home. I needed the rugs done right away, so I reluctantly paid them over $100.00 extra and allowed them to take the rugs. At the time, I had just done a ceiling renovation, and my ceiling fans were on the floor. When they returned a week later with the rugs, one of the men dropped an end of one of the rolled up rugs onto a ceiling fan and bent it.
