They arrived on the earlier side of the allotted time frame, Alex and his helper were very nice. Helped move all the movable furniture prior to cleaning. The carpet was about 15 years old and has been cleaned a few times over the years by myself and a hand machine and one other time by a service. I found the company on an advertised special for up to 3 rooms up to 250 feet for $97. Then they only charged $150 more for the stain removal (this is always extra) and the fixing of the carpet area. They were done in less than an hour time and the carpet looks brand new! I am very pleased and will have them come out every 6 months now. I have even decided to delay the hard wood floor project now.

I had an overall pleasant experience. I have 3 dogs, so over the years my carpets got really dirty. I tried using store products to clean it myself, but it never really worked. The guys showed up on time and did a great job! I will definitely use them again!

It was okay. It wasn't even 300-square feet. They tried their best but it's not super clean. They worked pretty hard on that. There were some scheduling issues and they came later than expected but it wasn't big of a deal. The pricing was fair.

Overall we are happy with the service. Prior to starting work, the employee they sent out laid towels down through out the area to catch any water that was not sucked into the hose or leaked from the hose. We only had two minor problems, one was easily fixed with a phone call. The employee who came to our house was not told about cleaning the mattress in the sofa bed so he had to come out a second time. The other problem occurred when he sprayed the cleaning solution on the sofa, he accidently sprayed cleaning solution on my sons toys which I had to clean up. I was not aware the cushions would have to be taken back to their shop, but the owner said this was the best way to get the chocolate milk out of the cushions. Regardless, the end result was that the sofas look brand new and the stairs look almost new. They could not get two small stains out of stairs despite their best efforts. Sorry that I could not remember the name of the gentlemen who came to our house.

Wonderful experience. Great price and wonderful job on our expensive Gus modern couch and our sheep skin rugs. I saw a few spots on the couch after they fully dried and contacted company and they apologized and had the guy come back to our house at no extra cost to get out remaining spots. He was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure couch looked perfect and even waited until it was almost dry to ensure I was happy with results. Will be using them anytime I need rugs or couches cleaned in future

It was an awful experience. It was almost like they're a company that gets these and then they send some freelance guy. He was just so dirty looking. It wasn't a good experience. That's why I never went through with it. They followed up and I should have said something to the company like, "I just don't want this guy coming back." The price wasn't unreasonable. The lady from the office called right away. I think he was much earlier than expected.

It was okay. It wasn't great. There was an additional cost because there were some stains that required more work to get out. I paid $40 more. They could have tried with the other process first. They could have opened the couch, but they didn't. I failed to see it. I was there but I was doing something else and I didn't pay attention. So, they just cleaned the surface.

This is the second time I have used this provider, but the last time (May 2015) I was charged only $162.00 for the same work. I did ask the serviceman to make sure the carpets were extra clean, so maybe he did something extra. In any case, the quality of the cleaning was very good, so I'm happy.

It turned out okay. They actually said that when we call back and want the second piece done, they will do it. The gentleman didn't think it included the second piece of furniture and he didn't do the recliner chair. He did the couch and it went okay. I don't know upholstery cleaning prices. I don't know if it was a competitive price or not. I don't know too much about upholstery cleaning. I could have gone to a rug doctor and done the same exact thing. One of their gentlemen couldn't speak English at all and so, there were some communication issues. I was kind of surprised that that was all they were going to do.

I got this on a Big Deal special. They cleaned the carpet on the stairs and upstairs hallway and four bedrooms. The workers showed up on time and were professional.The stairs and the upstairs hallway were the main problems. They did have to redo a number of places (I pointed it out to them) which were high trafficked areas. I had to recently call them out again in the summer to redo the stairs. When it dried the first time, it was still stained (that is the worse traveled area and always the dirtiest). They came out a 2nd time and cleaned it well. Without any additional cost to me. I would hire them again.

This the second time I've used them. Very professionally done. Explained every aspect of what they were going to do. Arrived on time and worked hard. They even moved my dining room table and couch for me. They were also very pleasant to deal with. Strong recommendation.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the work to be performed within a week of my call. When I called I mentioned that I might want to add a second chair and an area rug. The person who answered the phone told me that could be done and I could purchase a coupon for a discount at the time of the service. The person who took my call was courteous and helpful. Freddy arrived very promptly and after a short consultation, he went right to work. No dawdling, no chatting or texting on a phone. The chairs and the sofa look great and the area rug looks very clean. There was a very noticeable spot that is now gone. There is one issue: I didn't realize that the cleaning solution would be quite so messy. Freddy asked for towels and he was very conscientious about trying to contain the spray of the steam cleaner. Some of the solution spattered other furniture and the hardwood floor. However, the next time, I would drape drop cloths over a much wider area. Other than that, we were pleased with the results. Freddy provided the information to me regarding the online coupon and I was able to complete the transaction very quickly. I would use this company again.
