I bought a coupon from Angie's List. I paid a whole lot more. I ended up paying $200 in addition to the coupon. I just didn't expect that I had to pay a lot more. They told me that the fabric that I have is kind of different. The coupon was for like a steaming or something. They said with the fabric that I had, they couldn't use that method. They had to use a different method and so I had to pay more. The quality was okay. The workers were fine.

I used a $97 coupon to make the appointment. The carpet was light colored and had not been cleaned in four years and the stairs, especially, looked so stained and dirty, friends and my housekeeper told me all my carpet needed to be replaced. I had spent about $7.000 on what I thought was good carpet and was pretty disappointed. Using the coupon was really just a last resort test to see if any of the stains could be minimized enough to put off admitting I had bought an impractically light-colored carpet and having to replace it. The Quality guy, Jose, was a magician. The stairs looked liked the day I had the carpet installed! I immediately had him stay and do all the carpet and the furniture, too. It was an extra $400 and well worth it.

It was a bit of a nightmare. What happened is that the guy that came here -- I don't know if he was an employee or a contractor -- didn't quite make that clear so I thought he was really hedging on it. He was a nice guy, but his equipment was not good. It pretty much ruined the carpet where I think that now we have to do something about the floor instead of what we had planned,. We thought we'd get another five six years out of the carpet, but he put a lot of water in the carpet and to the credit of Quality Carpet Care they did, first of all, cut a deal, but I said right now we're a little bit hesitant to use you to correct it. He said definitely use the path that I feel comfortable with and I said, yeah, so it was a couple hundred dollars, He said go ahead and have them come and do it. They came and did their best here. Quality Care did reimburse us for the cost of that extra on top of the $96 we had already paid, but by that time the damage was done. When I asked him is this steam or is this water, he said it's water. I said you know we have wood floors underneath, He said It won't be a problem and that he had a very strong suction vacuum, but it wasn't. It took three days to dry. The other people that do the steam cleaning -- it was dry by that night. He had to pull a lot of water out. We did tell the guy -- he said that the stuff he uses doesn't affect the couch at all it's just a simple cleaning solution. I said I does have Scotchgard on it to limit the stains and he said it wasn't a problem, but it pretty much stripped that and where there use to be just a nice pattern now it's kind of just more matted. It just looks like an older couch. They did offer to come back, but I told them I did not want them to. The price was very good, it was half what our normal guys would have charged.

The people who did it were wonderful. They were professional. Their pricing was okay.

Great. They were able to remove a bunch of traffic stains that I didn't think would come out. I was going to replace carpet in some spots, but they did such a great job that I didn't need to. They literally got it back to looking brand new.

The company was pleasant but their services were inferior. The carpets looked clean when they were wet but after drying it did not even look like they cleaned the carpets.

Henry Mira did an awesome job! He was on time, very professional, and very expedient. My carpets look fantastic. He even was able to remove some nasty stains in our media room. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and they charged double what Quality charged and took twice as long to clean. My carpet looks like new! Thanks Henry for the fantastic job!

It went fine. I had them do another room and it's another $25. They cleaned up pretty well. The problem was with the process. They used chemicals to clean the grout and a lot of it splashed on my stainless steel dishwasher and my refrigerator. It's really hard to get the chemical off. It dried and created some issues. They did a sloppy work on it but the grout came out nice. They did what they said. The pricing was fine. They have a system that they can do work very quickly. They showed up on time and did what we needed to have done in the timeframe they committed to me. They were very courteous.

They've been here several times and the last experience wasn't so good. They didn't take the stains off properly. They came back and still weren't able to take the stains out properly.

He came in moved the furniture around , cleaned the carpet and the results were prefect

It was okay. I paid an additional $25 for the upholstery. They could have done a better job. They could have cleaned it very well. It still looked dirty.

I had a specific question and contacted the company directly before I bought their services through Angie's list. I spoke with Ann who was very informative, courteous and able to answer all my questions. I scheduled the appointment with Angie's List. I called the company that morning and received a window of time of arrival. The carpet professionals, Kevin and Peter, arrived on time and were excellent. They were professional, efficient, clean and removed all stains on my carpet. I will use Quality Carpet Cleaning regularly now. I am so happy to have found this company.

Excellent! Very happy with the service. Henry was courteous, punctual and most important did a great job. There were two major stains on our stairway that had disappeared by the time he had finished. Got the Angie's List deal and there was no pushing to upgrade to other services. Did ask if I wanted to add scotchguard, I said no and he didn't try to force it, just accepted my no. I hate when companies get in your door by offering a good deal and then, once they're in, push for all kinds of other "upgrades". Nothing like that here. Just came in and did the job for the agreed upon deal. Very happy. Will definitely use them again for my other properties.

Kenny Han and another gentleman came promptly when scheduled. They cleaned the carpet and removed the pet stains. They moved the furniture to clean under and then moved it back in place. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to friends.

Great. On time. Fast and the carpet (which is fairly old) looked like new.

They were amazing. They showed up on time, cleaned thoroughly and efficiently and left us with what seemed like a brand new apartment. They were fast but did very detailed work and we were completely thrilled with the results. I highly recommend them!

I would definitely not recommend this service. The first time they came, the guy did a very rushed job that did not even attempt to clean some of the stains in the carpet. For $165, I expect them to stay for more than 1.5 hours to do the job right. I do give them credit for calling me and asking about the service, and I asked them to come out again and get the carpet clean. The same guy came out again and did a slightly better job where he focused on trying to get the stains out,, but he still left many visible stains and discolorations. The carpet cleaner gave a bunch of excuses for not doing the job right-- if he didn't think he could have gotten it clean, he should have told me before he started. I understand I have an old carpet, but other carpet cleaning places I've hired have been able to do a much better job.

They contacted immediately and arranged for my four rugs from Turkey to be picked up. They arrived on time, were very professional, and returned them looking wonderful. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

It went great, they kept suggesting additional services and explained why I should get it. I agreed to some and others I declined (and they didn't push the issue). After some hard stains resurfaced and they came back to take care of them. I have used them several times the past year (I have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 teenage boys on white carpet) and I will continue to use their services.

Showed up on time; was knowledgeable about the best ways to clean up some pet stains, and did a good job.
