Vendor on time, however, tech was unprofessionally dressed, no business card, no truck with company name..first flag. I walked the tech through my home and showed him four area rugs and the grout that was to be cleaned. 2 minutes later the tech asked me how many rugs were to be cleaned and if I wanted the grout done the same day ( I had just reviewed all of this with him)....second red flag. I signed the work order at 9:12, at 9:50,the tech finally started after being on his cell phone the entire time prior to starting. I called the parent company to inquire what was going on. The tech informed me he was bringing in a second person to help him, I called the company back and asked them who this person was that was to assist the tech, I found out that the company had no employees that did the work, they were all private contractors. This not only helped me understand my experience so far, but alarmed me that someone else would be entering my home. After cleaning the four area rugs in 20 minutes, I was asked to help the tech take them outside so he could do the tile...???? After some discussion as to why I was doing the work, I relented and started to help him take one of the larger area rugs up. The area that I grabbed on the rug was completely dry...when I questioned this, he told me it was wet. I know the difference between wet and dry. After taking the area rug out of my home by myself, I came to my senses after the last red flag and terminated my service with the company and dismissed the tech from my home. A horrible, stressful event.

the technician was late, outside the appointment window, l was informed ahead of time and kept posted of the approximate arrival time. The technician worked very hard to get the sofa cleaned and the result was far better than I expected. I would definitely use this provider again.

We didn't love it but we didn't hate it. It was sort of middle of the road, there was an area in the middle of the couch, not touched, unclean. They didn't open the couch to get the interior part so we have a big stripe down the middle. The guy was nice and they were on time and I suppose if we would have been there making sure they did everything he probably would have.

It went ok. Took an hour and half. I had not read the fine print that this was for basic carpet clean. No pet odor removal or any thing else, etc.

Very professional from start to finish. The lady that scheduled was very professional and helpful. The technician showed up on time, did a very nice job, and there was none of the typical up sells that many companies try. He nicely asked me if I wanted to add a deodorizer and enzymes to the service, but it was done in a very reasonable way and not pressured at all. Great job on the floorsW

It was okay. When they got there, they said that in order to get stains, it would be an additional $100 to use special chemicals. They got it out pretty easy and did not use anything special. They should have been more upfront about the services offered.

Went well. Initial visit was a bust since the operator did not have the truck mounted vac. Later visit was superior. Two operators were professional, paid attention to detail, polite and helpful and generally professional. I would use them again in a New York Minute .

He cleaned the carpet. He sprayed with a spray to take away pet odors and did some extra spot cleaning. The job was absolutely immaculate; my carpets look like brand new and they're nearly 8 years old and WHITE, but they're beautiful now.

I hired him though a $99 Angie's List coupon. At first, I was a little leery when he got here as his equipment seemed very old and there weren't any brushes; just a spray and suction. I was hoping for a good scrubbing, but I guess I expected as much for $99. Or maybe they don't even use brushes these days. I don't know. He did a good job though. He was early, but didn't just show up. He called to make sure it was ok for him to come early, which I really liked. And it worked great for my schedule. He cleaned all the rooms very efficiently and in an order that worked perfectly with my daughters nap time. He did up-sell me a little bit. I thought "Here we go. This is where they make up the money they lost on the coupon." But it was warranted and actually didn't end up being much at all. He was friendly and polite.

the manager of the company Mark was completely rude and incompetent. BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY RECORDS TELEPHONE CONVERSTAIONS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO THE CUSTOMER, WHICH IS AGAINST THE CALIFORNIA STATE LAW. THE MANGER MARK INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS RECORDING THE CONVERSATION 3/4 INTO THE TELEPHONE CALL , WHICH IS STILL AGAINST THE CALIFORNIA STATE LAW WHEN I ADVISED HIM THAT IT WAS AGAINST THE LAW, HE WAS NOTHING BUT ARGUMENTATIVE AND DISSMISSIVE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA, ESPECIALLY MARK OF HOW TO TREAT A CLINET. BY THE WAY HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT I WAS THE WORST CLIENT HE EVER HAD. WHY MARK , BECUASE YOU GOT CAUGHT BREAKING THE LAW. THIS COMPANY WILL BE REPORTED AND A LAW SUIT WILL BE SERVED. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD QUALITY CARPET, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BREAK THE LAW! THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES FOR BREAKING THE LAW AND ESPECIALLY IN BUSINESS. THE STATE LISCENSE BOARD WILL BE NOTIFIED , THE BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED, ALL SOCIAL MEDIA WILL BE NOTIFIED AND EVERY SINGLE CALIFORNIA STATE CORPORATION AUTHORITEIS WILL ALL BE NOTIFIED OR YOUR ILLEGAL DEALINGS. AND OF COURSE ANGIES LIST. WHY WOULD THEY WANT TO PROMOTE OR ALLOW SUCH A LOW END HORRIBLE COMPANY , TO BREAK THE LAW WHEN THEY PROMOTE YOU. I purchased a coupon through Angie's list, and called the company directly to schedule an appointment 2 days later. They gave a window of 10 am and 1 pm, and arrived promptly. I was working and not focused on the job, but it seemed to go very quickly. The gentleman did a great job.

They were very nice. I have no problem with them. They came on time. They've done a good job. They came when they're supposed to come. They did what they came to do.

We had used a groupon deal to clean this carpet before after a tenant had moved out. When our next tenant moved out, there were urine stains in the rug, from the previous tenant. We had purchased a deal, 2 rooms + sofa for $97.00 but due to the mess in the room, and the arrival of a new tenant, we used the entire amount paid to clean the one room. Hope this fixes the problem. The technician said it would have been around $150.00 if they had known the problem.
