Great. The service man was on time, very courteous and put in every effort to do a good job and accommodate the many physical obstacles of having furniture piled up everywhere. The carpet came out pretty good, not like new but I reasonably good.

Two gentlemen showed up on time. I proceeded to show the 8 areas that I had and was told the 1 area rug does not count as an "area". I explained the fine print on their deal did not indicate it was not allowed, and it was a separate space. The main guy discussed it with me for a few minutes and then we compromised. He did clean it and I paid a little extra for it. Overall the service was exactly what one could expect at this price range. The carpeted areas are clean, the minor stains were removed, and it only took a day for the carpets to dry from their moistened state. I do recommend this company, they were quick, efficient, and thorough.

The tenants I had left the carpet throughout the house looking like a Jackson ******* painting with dirt, cherry syrup, blue marker, rust and dirt ground in through all the rooms. It was a disaster. The Quality Carpet Cleaners came out and did an amazing job getting a great deal of it out. Unfortunately the damage was so bad that the carpet still had to be replaced but the effort and quality were tremendous. The living room and dining room did not have to be replaced and they did repairs on the carpet and used a special scrubber on a separate visit and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them. They came on time and were courteous and helpful. I called their boss to tell them right after they left. Price was very reasonable for the tremendous amount of work that they had to do.

This is our 2nd time using this company, but it's been almost 3 years since our last cleaning so the carpet was pretty bad. They quoted us over the phone $135 which is about what we paid last time. Making the appointment was easy, especially since we were picky on the time we wanted them to come. They called in the early AM to let us know they would be here around 9 and ended up being early. The upsell started almost immediately. We have a dog and he suggested an Enzyme Spray clean to help get rid of the odors. Even though our dog is very well house trained, he does have an occasional accident so we went for it, that added $202. He then offered to do our 4-piece section sofa for the price of a 3 piece. I was actually going to ask him about that while they were here so I was hoping he would offer us a deal. Add another $160. We were prepared for them to come so had everything we could furniture wise already in the dining room/bathrooms and on the beds to maximize their cleaning ability. They came up with a plan to deal with sofa, which was to clean it first, and move it around as the cleaned the carpet. Luckily, underneath the sofa was just dust. After a little over 3 hours, the job was finished. For carpet that is over 10 years old, it looks great. We have 2 desks with chair mats that left lovely outlines when we moved the to the dining room. After the cleaning, you couldn't even tell. They did a great job on the sofa using multiple tools to clean it, starting with what looked like a spinning car buffer/waxer, then hitting it hard with a handheld vacuum They cleaned up after themselves. Not a trace that they were here. I loved the corner protector they used for thier hoses. Was it a little more than we wanted to spend? Yes. To be honest, I'm not sure how much the enzyme spray was necessary, but we splurged for it anyway. We'll definitely be hiring this team again in the future.

I feel bad but I have to be honest. The young man is Asian and can barely communicate. He has clearly purchased the used cleaning system that straps on his back. He is a novice and in a hurry, My purchase was for 3 areas(?) and I only have carpeting in 2 rooms. He was in a hurry to go but I asked him to clean a hall rug since my other floors are hardwood. The hall runner was folded over do he just cleaned one side and did not unfold it! I will pay more for better service next time.

Excellent. The technician really did a thorough, precise job of cleaning and even got out spots that I thought couldn't be removed.

Not so good. We purchased a $97 coupon to clean a 2-piece sofa/love seat combination and ended up paying an additional $370. About $100 was for a protectant that was applied which means we actually paid $367 for the cleaning. There was a disclaimer about special fabrics costing more but almost $300 more?? My wife and I elected to have it done because Quality was already there but there are still some small stains on the fabric so I definitely was not completely satisfied.

Especially spent significant time cleaned the stairs. Good attitude.

It went okay but it wasn't long till all the stuff came right back. I paid a few hundred dollars more. There were still spots left when they finished cleaning the carpet. The original price was okay but the additional wasn't. They were professional but I wasn't that impressed with them.

Great job cleaning the carpet. We had Sears out a couple times and couldn't tell the difference afterward. Quality Carpet Cleaning made a huge difference. Spots and stains that had been there for a long, long time were gone. Carpet looked great and the customer service was wonderful, coming back out to get a spot they had missed.

Cleaning went well, but some grout lines and couldn't be cleaned. We decided not to proceed with the sealing. A call to the administrative offices resulted in a refund of part of our payment.

It went well. The technician showed up on time and got right to work. He did the job efficiently and when he was done, asked whether I was satisfied. Which I was. The cleaning did wonders.

I initially used Quality Carpet Cleaning a few weeks ago and was very disappointed with the job done; my initial review here on Angie's List reflected this. However, I'm am taking the time to write this follow-up review, because Quality Carpet Cleaning made things right! They listened to my concerns and responded very quickly. They have a 30-day guarantee... AND IT'S THE REAL DEAL. Hearing of my disappointment, QUALITY CARPET CLEANING immediately contacted me and then came out to make things right (free of charge) and completely at my convenience. The owner himself, and 2 other carpet cleaners came out and did a fantastic follow-up job! They were apologetic and obviously take a lot of pride in the work they do! It is rare these days to see such care and honesty. I would take my initial review down, but I couldn't figure out how to on Angie's List. Suffice to say, I would not only use Quality Carpet Cleaning again, but I would recommend them 100% to family and friends! This is a business I would trust!

The technician arrived and did a walk through with me. We went over each area and my concerns. The deal I purchased was just for steam cleaning however he recommended a presoak to ensure I was getting most of the dirt and stains out. We negotiated the additional price within my budget and proceeded. Not only was the representative considerate and friendly but he clearly took pride in his work and was consistently checking with me to show me how the progress was and making sure I was happy with the service. His name was Alex and I was sure to tell the company directly when they called to follow up. I highly recommend their services again and will absolutely use them for all my future carpet needs!

I will start by saying this is the 2nd time I have used Quality Carpet Cleaning. The first time I had an excellent experience. This time the experience was very poor. To start, I purchased a deal on Angie's List for cleaning 8 rooms (250 sq ft) for $147. When my Quality Carpet Cleaning serviceman showed, he explained to me that I had purchased 7 rooms for $147. I told him it was 8 rooms, and he said it was 7. We discussed cleaning of stains and he noted that there would be 2 additional charges. Upon his completion, i showed him my Angie's List purchase of "8 rooms for $147" (which I shouldn't really have to do), and he said okay, but then added a 3rd charge (which we had not agreed to) for stains. The quality of the carpet cleaning was also a concern. In each area the cleaner addressed stains, the carpet was left "crispy" after the service was completed. This did not seem right, and I did not notice until the next day when the carpet had dried. I am concerned that the carpet should have maintained it's softness. It is a stationmaster, and prior to him treating it, it was very soft in all areas. I assumed (incorrectly) that after he treated the stains, the overall carpet cleaning would have left the entire carpet soft. Still, it was left "crispy" in certain areas - and I was very dissatisfied with this. Finally, in our downstairs bedroom, there was a small stain that was either completely ignored or neglected, which brings in to question the thoroughness of his work. Why was this stain not even brought to my attention to treat? I did not have a great experience with this carpet cleaning this time and do plan to contact Quality Carpet Cleaning about their 30-day guarantee.
