Fantastic job! He got marks out of my couch that I didn't think would come out.

I was okay, well basically what happen was I found them on Angieslist but I hadn't purchase the deal I just ask them to come out and give me an estimate because I had small property small area that need to be cleaned and so they came out and give me an estimate before I did the purchase so i purchased it when they were there, they said we can't do for that prices until you make the purchase because when they I called them I asked them to come out and then they came out and so then they gave me the estimate but it was way more expensive than what I had anticipated thing so I looked on Angieslist and saw the coupon and the price so they gave me, they told me I had to purchase it to get that price and so I did but they still charge me a little more I didn't get to use my coupon and my space was so small but they wanted a certain price to do the job.

Very good. He did a good job and did not mess up my carpet.

Requested dates in August Tuesday 9-23 or Thursday 9-25, and gave my CC for payment, had no responds from carpet cleaning service. Schedule cleaning with another service. Was shocked to check my CC and there was a charge of $94.00 for services. After contacting the CC asking about charge that was on the statement not remembering about the carpet cleaning, finally I realized the charge, Has taken 3 weeks to finally get the charged removed from my statement

Great. Nice job. Technician was friendly and thorough.

He showed an example of what the final outcome would be. He used a brush and scrubbed a small portion of the floor by hand and suggested that is the best possible finished result and commented that he wasn't a miracle worker. After some consideration, I accepted his proposal and he continued to do the entire job by hand on his knees. He said it would be a much more detailed job this way. After he was finished, he suggested that I shouldn't have the floor sealed. Too long of an explanation .... anyway, he did good work, but like most people I was hoping for better results.

This was the third time I have used Quality Carpet Cleaning. They do a terrific job, work efficiently, and thoroughly clean up before leaving. Also, the cleaning time were both courteous and congenial.

Quality Carpet is fast, friendly and does a great job. I have a 20 yr old carpet and a 13 yr old dog and they works miracles on old pet stains. Both the dog and I have sinus problems, and the cleaning by Quality helped tremendously. Price is very reasonable, I highly recommend them to clean your carpets.

It ends up costing way more then the voucher of $97 because they count by area even though they are small areas in my town home.

It went well. The cleaning was fast and the guys were very nice.

I'll get the negative out of the way first, and I consider it rather minor. We purchased the Angie's List Deal on August 9th with the understanding that the company would call to schedule the service. We provided three dates in August that were convenient for us. When the last date passed (Aug 29th) and we hadn't heard from them yet, I placed a call. There was no apology, but they happily scheduled us for September 8th between 10AM and 1PM. The call came from the service tech at about 11:20AM saying he was on his way and would be arriving in 20-25 minutes. He arrived at 11:45. Now we only have three rooms with wall-to-wall carpeting, but we have two large area rugs that were badly stained, one in the kitchen (you can just imagine), and the other in the family room, where we occasionally eat dinner while watching TV. It should be said here that these rugs had all been cleaned previously by other companies with mixed results. None had ever succeeded in completely removing the stains on the area rugs. I wish I knew the service tech's name, because he was the most polite, considerate, accommodating and courteous workman I'd ever had the pleasure of working with, and we've had many really excellent people over the years. We have a sectional sofa in the family room we wanted cleaned also, and I requested that he please do that first so that hopefully it would be dry enough to sit on that evening. He said he wasn't sure of the price, either $178 or $187, so he did it for the lesser one. He did NOT charge extra for the two area rugs. All the work was done remarkably quickly and amazingly well. For the first time, the two area rugs are completely stain free. The sectional is more than ten years old and looks just great. We will definitely use Quality Carpet Cleaning again.

We have had this vendor before. They are very thorough, they cleaned 2 armchairs, 1 sofa, and they did an amazing job. And price is excellent too.

It went well. Just make sure you have a couple big towels on hand when the tech. comes. I was in the process of moving in and only had one towel on hand so I had to improvise a bit. Other than that hiccup everything went smoothly and I will definitely be calling them again.

Hired them for an Angies list deal that was three rooms for, I think, $99. When I called and let them know I only had two rooms, they said they would do two room and a piece of furniture. They came and took care of the the stuff they said they would and everything looked new again.

The employee doing the work had over 20 years experience doing this. We were very pleased with the results. We would use them again in the future and recommend them to our family and friends.

They did not show up after I purchased a Big Deal for $147 to have a small area in my kitchen floor porcelain Tile. They said the computer was down and they could not reach me which was a lit, these people took my $ and Angie's list would not support me unless I purchased the Gold membership. I'm reporting both to BBB

The carpet almost looks new! Lorenzo did a fabulous job. Scotch guard and a germicidal treatment was added.

Tenants informed me that the carpet is still stained with dirt. The dirt is from foot traffic. The technician told him that it wouldn't get clean and that the carpet needs replacing but it is now "sanitized". The carpet isn't even that old. I have the same carpet at home and I can get it clean. Just requires the correct equipment and solutions. I am not convinced that they even tried. It seems that we've paid for a service that we really didn't get. We got the carpet "sanitized", but that is not all that paid for. Just to be fair, I am rating it "fair"

They removed stains on the stairs as well as cleaned two rooms and a sofa with one person working (short staffed) in 90 minutes. I had no idea what the stains were but the employee treated them with three different processes to ensure that they would be permanently removed. I am very pleased with this company, their level of professionalism as well as the communication from the staff with regard to my appointment window and keeping me up-to-date as to when they would be arriving on day of my appointment. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very good professional service. One room was overlooked in our big house and they sent someone out quickly ro make it right. Very courteous and efficient company to work with.

It went well.... My one issue was that the carpet felt very wet. Thankfully it was a warm day and it seemed to dry by nightfall. I can't imagine doing this in the winter.

Got quote but due to other work happened at the time of quote, we didn't go through with it. The office was professional and quick in responding. Once we are ready, will definitely have them re-quote and hire them to do the job.
