There was a lot of miscommunication about what they do cover and what they don't cover in the services.

They responding quickly, they responded and came out. They were punctual. It was fine. It was only one guy. I would say the only thing was talking to my neighbors after that what he had done after he finish is he dumped the water out in the street and so my neighbor was asking me what were they doing I said oh he just came and cleaned my carpets I guess he dumped the dirty water in the street.

It wasn't great. The extra money was for a higher pressure wash. I had something in the bathroom that I wanted taken off, so they said that it had to be a higher pressure wash to do that. Nothing happened, nothing came off.

It went well. The only thing I did not care for was their communication. I thought I made it pretty clear to them as to what I needed done. The tech came out for a different job, but was able to still do the one I needed.

Great! It was good. They had to send out a second person, because something didn?t work out that well. Once they did the job well, I had no problem. I would use them again if they keep their price lower.

Great! The technician arrived right at the start of my "service window" which was great, and went right to work. He was very thorough, and efficient.

Everything went great. They came in, cleaned my very light colored tile and grout that had years of wear and buildup. It looked amazing when they were done.

Agent was punctual and professional. He cleaned the tile very well and left my kitchen clean. I need to be a little clearer in my choices for work to be done, I assumed just the grout would be cleaned and sealed, but after re reading the "deal" it was for tile/grout cleaning and tile sealing, not what I really needed. I have a very narrow grout line, and was told it couldn't be individually cleaned and my tile didn't need sealing, the sealer was not for grout. The company does a good job if you want tile cleaned. The grout does look better, but not as I anticipated.

The crew did a good job. My tiles and grout are nearly 17 years old and the tiles got really clean. The grout became much lighter. the service was well worth the price.

Went very well. Very cooperative and did not try to push add-ons.

Their tech is excellent. He has been here before and he is very diligent. The difference is night and day. Would only use these guys.

It was okay. He didn't clean too well like the last time last year. and also the price of the deal was $145 or something like that and he charged me $165. If I will do business with a carpet cleaning business but I will not recommend this person to come and do it. Last year the person that came did a very good job than this one and you know if you had to pay extra for whatever else you need to put in like whatever killer or something it's okay as long as they do it right. I wasn't too happy with it.

My rug took a long time to dry out, I think I had to wait for two three days for the carpet to be dried.

I had to pay another $100 on top of the deal. It's average.

The manager was great at following up with me. They missed a spot on the sofa and they sent someone out to clean it again. Once this was done my sofa looked brand new. Because of this manager's actions in following up with me, this alone garners him and this company a full recommendation to anyone considering this company. Thank you
