These are very hard to clean carpets, and Quality Carpet Cleaning cleaned them really well. I am a property manager and they're the only ones I trust for my carpet cleaning needs. I have made a lot of referrals to them because they do such a nice job.

While the work was fine, maybe better than fine (warning - a lot of upselling at the time of their visit), using their services resulted in a barrage of telemarketing calls, emails and US Mail. Seriously felt like I was being hounded by a collection agency. I finally had to block them from their twice weekly calls. For that reason, I would never use them again. It left a really bad taste in my mouth, to say the least. I thought perhaps if they paid less in marketing, they could have charged me less for their services.

Terrible. They look worse than before the treatment. Not sure our guy had any idea what he was doing. Total waste of time and money. Wish I could get my money back.

All went well except for being up sold. They give a great price then they try to up sell you to buy sanitizer and deodorizer. I did not appreciate being up sold. I would rather be given a total cost upfront.

I think I got taken for work that was done. I did not have other estimates so It is my fault for not checking other companies. He said that my tiles were Travertine but it only has the look they were ceramic tiles. Very nice men but I think that the work done was not worth what I paid.

They did a great job. My wife said that the couches look brand new. We were very pleased.

I have just moved in, the grout was white but it was not that dirty. No one has lived here. When he cleaned it, it just didn't look clean and then he said that that was the best he could do. There was absolutely no difference after he was done. He gave me a phone number to talk to the owner and I sent him some pictures and he said he would give me a refund or he would send another expert person in a couple of hours to see whether he could do it. So the expert person came and asked me what kind of tile that was, and I said it was porcelain tile. He said he couldn't clean it. The owner was really nice and he sent me the check. It was strange that they sent on expert and he hadn't even heard of porcelain tile. The guy was very nice, he said he'd mail me the check and he did. He didn't argue. He was very nice. They wasted about 3 hours of my time because I had to stay here for them to finish. I don't think they were qualified to be grout people. They should get people who are qualified to do the work.

They were really good. They came back a second time. The big experience for me was when they cleaned out my mother's house. They were very friendly.

The technician showed up on time, helped move furniture, put it back when he was done, and even did a little extra spot cleaning. We'll be using them again for our annual cleaning.

All I can say is "Wow!" Steve removed a decade of soil from the grout in my tile floors. If you've ever tried to clean floor grout, you know what a job that is. Now, my floors look the way they did when first installed. I can't compliment him enough for his outstanding work. Scheduling was easy; the person I spoke to in the Quality office was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Great. He did a good job and couch came out nice. Rugs came out great too however he cleaned both sides which left the rugs very wet. Not a problem on a hot sunny day but they had to be kept outside for 2 days to dry. He needed to extract more Of the water out. Didn't speak English very well so a little hard to communicate. Super nice guy and I would recommend him. Hard worker.

The two person cleaning crew arrived as scheduled, although I did not receive the heads up call I requested notifying of actual time of arrival. The cleaning was performed as purchased, and I was offered additional add ons (more advanced carpet cleaning) and scotch guard. The prices for the carpet service add-on's were a bit high, I was aware of that when I decided to purchase them, especially the scotch guard. In terms of the quality of work, the carpets came out great. My intention for the grout service as to have both floors and shower surrounds cleaned, but the service person indicated they did not clean bathroom surrounds. Would have been good to have this clarified ahead on the deal. Perhaps it was expected for the customer to ask, not sure about that, but nevertheless the grout cleaning was only for the floors. The grout service could have used more attention to detail. A number of the grout lines along the wall/floor edges were not cleaned well and some additional spots on the main floor were missed. I was asked to inspect before they left, but I didn't notice the details until the floor had dried. Total time for both services was about an hour, which was great. Overall, good deal, without the price of the carpet add-on's. Thanks.

I've previously used this provider to clean my carpet so I didn't hesitate to use them to re-stretch carpet in 2 rooms. They have always been professional, timely and thorough. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment and the technicians showed up on time. The deal covered one room but the second room was charged at their normal rate, which was a bit expensive. However, the one room needed a lot of work to re-stretch; there had been a good-sized ridge that had started several years ago. The carpet had been installed in 2008 and within 2 years I had noticed a small bump that continued to grow. So when all was said and done, I'm very pleased with the outcome. The technician worked diligently and didn't cut corners to get the big ridge out.

The work was terrific and I would recommend the provider Quality Carpet Service. What isn't good is that my credit card was charged $327 for the services I purchased through Angies List order 10585057 and Quality Carpet service gave me an invoice for $425 which I paid with a check after services were provided. I got my credit card bill today and see Angies List charged my credit card $327 for the specials purchased through the website as well as Quality Carpet cleaning billing me for the same services when they were here 11/28/2016. Since Angies List charges my credit card, Angies List needs to reverse the charges with my credit card of $327. I have paid for the same services 2 times. Please review and advise.

I went well. I have not kept the grout sealed and it was looking bad. I was trying to clean it so I could reseal the grout, but it is a slow process.

The technician was very good, professional, and efficient. He did a great job!

Pretty good. I wish he gave a little more attention to detail. Worked fast. I pointed out a couple of missed areas as he was getting ready to leave and he got his equipment out and cleaned those areas. Looked really good once completed.

Great. He offered to hand scrub all the grout for 50 extra and it was really worth it

extremely well...had them clean the downstairs carpet as an add on but now going to bring them back to clean the upstairs.
