They are very nice & courteous. Excellent work, they got the stains and ordor resolved. Price is very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them.

They were very good, and they were able to lighten the stains a lot. Whatever they could not get out, they came back to try again. They ended up coming out a couple times, and got all of the stains removed. My carpet is a pale beige color. They did a terrific job, and would use them again if need be!

Honestly I am tired of paying extra for every job I hire. Carpet cleaning is what it is. Cleaning of carpet. I am sick of this business of extra for "pre-spotting". Next let's pay for the water?

They were very nice and even came back but still did not get out the traffic patterns. They called and followed up.

I think the company is great. They call and remind me they are coming. There is an up sale. They quote you one price, but if you want to have anything else done there is this up sale. I thought I would be spending $150 and by the time he got done it cost me about $200 because supposedly whatever they spray on the heaviest stains --I'm not sure what it was supposed to do. They are nice people and you get different people. Their responsiveness is great. The up sale kind of put me off a little bit. I just was not expecting the up sale.

The first time the job was done poorly, but they called me back and had Raphael come back and clean and seal the grout. He did a very good job and I was pleased with the end result. I felt I paid a lot of money for the job.

The provider quoted $90 to clean 7 stairs, a small hallway and 1 small bedroom. They arrived on time and after the service was performed, the bill came to $240. They explained that there was an additional charge for shampoo and Scotch Guard. I never asked for Scotch Guard and I thought the price included the shampoo. I wouldn't have had an issue paying $240 if that what was quoted.

We had never had our carpets cleaned in the 5 years we've been in our house. One room was particularly bad. I wish I had taken a "before" photo, because the end result was spectacular!! It looked like new, which I didn't think was possible. I was absolutely thrilled!!!

They're really thorough. The first time they were a little bit lower than the second time, but then it just depends on what you have done. I had a sofa done and a chair, so it was little bit more.

This was my first time switching from Coit to any other company. I found this company to be much easier to deal with. Coit would only give "Monday" as the day for carpet cleaning, and would not answer calls for a more specific time. As a busy working person, I needed to set aside time to be there. Quality Carpet Cleaning immediately answered, with a specific time frame. They did a good job on the cleaning. The most impressive thing is that they have a 30-day guarantee. In one area, there was a spot that came back after the cleaning. They actually did come back to clean it. Coit doesn't do this. The price of the cleaning was equal to Coit, but the service is far superior.

They wanted me to pay $500 more. If you move the furniture out yourself you will get a small discount. Outrageous!

The did a terrible job. Feel like you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive and so the job wasn't up to my standards. Lots of dirt and stains left.

The 2 men moved some of the furniture and got the job done fast. The rooms looked much better after their work. Would of liked a heads up call more then 1 minute ahead of time but oh well.
