I had several very old pet stains and wear stains that were a problem to me. Other carpet cleaners were unable to reduce the stains at all. This carpet service made a discernible difference in the stains and now the pet stain is very nearly gone.

The gentleman arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was honest and did not try to up sell me. It's been a few weeks and my carpet still looks great.

It went well. There was only one person but he was thorough, honest and efficient, and did an excellent job on heavily soiled stairs (thanks to my dogs) that don't usually wind up very clean. I added the stairs and two rooms to my Angie's List deal, and the price was fair compared to other companies I've used.

It was as expected. I was really hoping to have the carpets look like new again, but I don't think that is possible with normal wear and tear.

They are on Angie's List. They did a pretty good job and we will probably call them again fairly soon. It was some kind of special rate from Angie's List. It was a good experience. The price was good. They did a nice job and it was really good. The man who came out was from my grandmother's village in the Ukraine. It took them a couple of hours to do the job. The worker who came out was fine.

It went well. The technician was polite, the work was done quickly and well and we are happy with the results.

They arrived and claimed that we needed a "deep cleaning", that both areas were too dirty to do a regular cleaning and they upped the price to $275. The man was obnoxious and rude. I told him to leave. We hired another company and had the carpets cleaned perfectly for $100.

Good. It was heavily stained and looks 100% better!

First day turns out they never asked me whether they can run a hose from the car to the condo. They couldn't so had to return the next day with a mobile unit. Next day 8am nobody there. Call company at 8:30 "he is on the way". Call company again at 9:00. "He is waiting at your door". I was in the condo the whole time... The gentleman apologized and threw in a special animal odor treatment for free, also gave some good advice. The service was was done professionally and courteous, so not bad after all. Just the time management could be improved. This was an Angie's list special.

Things went well. Of course, there was the push to pay for extra items, but I wasn't interested in the extra items. We also had to clarify the fee, but everything worked well. I would hire again.

Eric and Matthew were prompt, professional and friendly. They called 20 minutes out, allowing me to not be sitting and waiting and I totally appreciated that. We have carpet in 3 bedrooms and a hallway and they assured me the traffic stains would come right out.

Initially everything looked OK when wet, however as carpet dried, spots showed up.

The guys did an excellent job! Our carpet is old and very spotted, and they did a great job of getting out the spots. Also, the carpet smelled much better afterwards. They are professional, responsive, friendly, careful, and helpful. I have used them before and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.
