Ben was great! He was prompt, professional and courteous. It was a 2 bedrooms and living /dining room. He was in and out under 2 hours.

I want to start out by saying that the customer service when I called was absolutely amazing. They are responsive and have all around great customer service. The cleaning teams they contract with are another story. The initial cleaning was scheduled for between 1 and 4pm. At 1025am I received a call from the technician letting me know he'd be at my house in by 1035am. I let him know I wasn't home because he wasn't scheduled to arrive until 1pm at the earliest. He hummed and hawed and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. I agreed to meet him at my home at 11am to avoid having to reschedule. When he showed up at my house I showed him the areas that needed to be cleaned. There was 1 spot in particular that we needed cleaned due to a urine smell left behind by my sisters dog. He told me that there was no way he could guarantee to get the smell out since he just used steam and a special cleaning solution. I mentioned to him that according to the website the specialized in pet stain removals. He said he knew nothing about that and couldn't help me. Before I signed the agreement I noticed that there was a section for pet stain and smell removal. When I pointed this out his response was "Oh well that's extra". Once we agreed that I was alright paying extra for him to get the smell out he completed the cleaning. He left after dumping his cleaning tanks right outside of my front door. The next morning my husband and I realized that we could still smell the urine. I called the customer service line and requested another technician be sent out to reclean the room and a stair well that still smelled musty. They were amazing and scheduled someone for the next day. The following day another technician arrived at the scheduled time. After I showed him the stained area and the stair well he asked me "What did the other guy do yesterday did he do anything?". This is just what every customer wants to hear. He then began to tell me that I under paid for the pet stain treatment and that it would be "just another $100" for him to retreat the room and he'd also sanitize the musty smelling stairs. I told him I wasn't going to pay more money for something that I was told was complimentary. He continued to negotiate with me and when he got down to $50 I felt so uncomfortable and just needed him to begin cleaning (I had a meeting I needed to call into) I agreed to pay him. He completed the cleaning and left. When I told my husband about the encounter he reached out to customer service and they apologized and agreed to refund not only the $50 I paid the second technician but also the extra I initially paid for the stain removal. We are so appreciative of this. The next day the stair still smelled musty. Although they offered to send someone again, at this point I just want to be done with this whole experience.

It was a great experience. They were in and out quickly and the carpet is immaculate. We were concerned about a large stain, but it has so far not returned.

Have used these guys a few times. As with most companies there is an upsell for pet treatments or carpet protection. They also tried to charge more for the master bedroom due to size but do not move furniture. I texted management and they resolved it right away and fixed the invoice to the contracted price. Very reasonable and easy to work with.

They did a great job, they spent plenty of time doing a thorough job and our couches looked great when they were done.

Carpets were very dirty. He spent a good deal of time prepping. Carpets came out looking very good. Better than anyone else I have ever hired. I will use them again in 6 months

It went well. They were prompt and courteous. They gave me a quote, which was about what I expected based on my phone call to schedule, and did the work quickly and efficiently.

The dispatchers and technicians were very professional and the attention to customer satisfaction was high. But what I don't understand is that it's taken 3 full days for my carpets to dry! This is a very big problem, i.e., to avoid walking on your WET carpets for 3 full days, or risk spoiling them. Moreover, when they left, the technician told me it would take "5-6 hours" to dry. After the first 24 HOURS, with fans on all my carpets and still they were wet, I called the company. THIS TIME they said, well you have burber carpet, so it takes a little longer. A LITTLE LONGER? THREE DAYS? Why wasn't I told that at the beginning. So in summary, I feel something went wrong but no one at the company was willing to say that 3 DAYS OF WET CARPETS was what I SHOULD HAVE expected.

They were fast and thorough especially with the pet stains.

Quality Carpet Cleaning did an absolutely first rate job. They showed up on time, did a walk through and got right to work. Kirk and Jake(?) were thorough and efficient. We've used other services and were not happy. The carpet looks fantastic.

The workman who came was courteous and did a good job, including some extensive spot removal on our pale grey carpet. He arrived as schedule and worked steadily and efficiently.

we had a lot of spots and they came back as many times as needed to get them all out. They did an awesome job.

Cleaning tech showed up a few minutes early, did the job they were hired to do, offered an upgrade which we negotiated a price and left the house clean. Overall very happy with tile work and carpets were good, but hard to say because these are old carpets. I would use them again.

Nice job was completed. I am planning on having this company come back to clean tile on bathroom and kitchen countertops.
