I had some issues with them two times ago and they came back and did an excellent job.

The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 7 years and there were quite a few stains and dirt tracks on a light colored carpet. Came out fantastic and saved me from having to replace it for another few years. Professional and responsive and I will use again sooner than seven years...lol

the stairs were over saturated resulting in more staining. it required 3 trips out to make them look good. Mark from customer service was quick in responding and polite. he even extended my guarantee to 60 days. But I don't want to spend 3 days to get a 3hr job done, I wont use them again.

I have two answers: You get what you pay for = they just used water on my job...on cleaning additives.... and, it would be nice if the first tech spoke English well enough for me to have a conversation and ask questions.

Pretty good although the carpets were still quite damp the next day, wasn't a big deal because the house was empty but I would have preferred less moisture in the carpets.

It went smooth. The only thing I questioned about was that they didn't move furniture.

They did a fantastic job and I'm getting ready to call them again for this service!

Thecarpets did not stay clean very long.

They did an absolutely beautiful job! We have hired Quality Carpet Cleaning a number of times before. Their work is excellent. Also, they seem to give an extra discount for Angie's List membership. They work rapidly but carefully. They show up on time, and their cleaners treat you with courtesy. Their rates are reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work.

He refused to even try to do the work. Refund required.

We agreed that the bathroom floor tiles would not be done. So two bathtubs with wall tiles were cleaned. However, the shower floor tiles was still discolored and so job was not that great but looked like the wall tiles were ok.

They were quick and did ok. I was disappointed they did not slide furniture out of the way and clean behind places. They were quick and polite.

I was impressed with the speed in which he removed the stains. Great equipment. I appreciated the fact that he cleaned additional items that we had not discussed when I made the appointment. He was very accommodating.

The team was very professional when they arrived. Due to sealer someone had previous put on our floor they said it would have to be stripped prior to them cleaning and they did not perform this type of service. They contacted their manager who called me and told me to contact Angie's list for a refund and if I had any problem to let him know. Angie's list credit my account very timely. Once I have my floor stripped I would have Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc. Do the job of cleaning and sealing my tile properly. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

I've had the same carpeting and and bar stools cleaned by this company three times now. Every time tenants move out, this is my go-to company for cleaning. Jose even cleaned an area where there was a cat odor. (Tenants were not supposed to have pets.) No additional charge.

The service that I paid for was for carpet repair. I carefully explained the services that we needed and they booked the job. Unfortunately, the person that they sent out had limited English and just kept telling me that he couldn't do what I needed. Then, I talked to the office and they said they would send someone else out a few days later that would be able to do the repair. However, we once again cleared our schedule to meet their person and, when he came out, he said that was not something they did. They only do "repairs" like taking out a piece of carpet and replacing with another piece. I hired another company a few days later and the repair took them less than 10 minutes to do. I would have really preferred that this company just tell me they couldn't do it instead of wasting two afternoons waiting for them to show up. In addition, getting a refund for the work they didn't do was a hassle.

Quality Carpet Cleaning does not actually perform the work. They contract other third-party companies to perform the work. The person that arrived was from an Air Duct Cleaning company that also does carpet cleaning. As soon as he came in to do the walk through, he started trying to sell me on his air duct cleaning services and looking at my HVAC filter. Additionally, I called Quality Carpet Cleaning several times to request that the field person brings pads to protect a wooden bed frame that sits on the floor, but he only had small styrofoam pads that wouldn't support the bed. Finally, the bed in the other room was rolled to the middle of the floor to get the entire carpet cleaned, but it was only after he started cleaning around the bed that he said I couldn't move the bed otherwise it would rust the carpet or the carpet wouldn't dry. Why wouldn't he tell me that BEFORE he started during the walk through??? Then I would have moved the bed back into it's normal position. There were a couple other items that he worked around instead of asking if we wanted to move them first. He seemed irritated and left without saying goodbye or a final check. I would not use again. Poor customer service from the air duct company contracted by Quality Carpet Cleaning to do carpet cleaning. Quality Carpet Cleaning called requesting feedback. When I told them what happened, they said they would refund my payment, but I did not receive a refund. The carpet is clean, but it was a hassle.
