Arrived on time. Did a very thorough and professional job. Office staff very polite and helpful. Mailed me a nice letter after with warrante enclosed, and encourage me to call within 30 days if any stain issues. Did a follow-up call too saying they would respond to any stain issues for free within 30 days. Will use again and refer to my friends.

Disappointed, I choose dates for service. Its been three weeks and no response.

Jacob showed up promptly at early end of appointment window. He looked over the rooms, and gave options for additional deep cleaning of pet stains. After he finished, our light colored carpet looked amazing. Formerly impossible to erase spots on our fairly old carpeting were almost entirely eradicated. The cleaning was beyond my wildest expectations!

Walk areas were very dirty and grease marks around the eating area were cleaned better than expected. Gilberto did an excellent job.

There were heavy oil/grease stains on the stairs that were removed without problem. Dirty spots caused by soda spills were also removed. We had a few "mystery" spots that they tried to remove, that did not come out completely (including one extremely bad rust stain). But they were better after cleaning. We got a confirmation the day before, and a call shortly after at the beginning of the arrival window (8-11) to give us an improved arrival estimate - very nice (I wish more services would do this).

After they left, I contacted Angies List and my money was refunded immediately. It went very smoothly with Angies List. I would rather have had my tile and grout cleaned though!

Ryan did a great job in cleaning high traffic areas.

For an additional cost, they cleaned some other area rugs which was nice. They protected the hardwood flooring with floor covers as well, although I asked for that ahead of time.

He tried to remove the spots but they are stubborn. The company offered to come out again.
