great cleaning of the plush carpet... the dirty area is now as clean as the area covered by the bed carpet was a bit damp so my fans were helpful in drying out the room faster technician was professional in all ways marked down one star as they did not contact me for 30 days after purchase from Angie's List. Once I called them, all was good.

The representative was early for the appointment, which was fine. He walked in, stood at the door and looked at the sofa DA and said, "Oooh. I can't clean that," without even really looking at it or touching the sofa to see even what kind of material it was. He ended up leaving without even trying to clean it. I was refunded my money.

I used them 2 or 3 times. Only one time it came out bad. Just wouldn't use the same guy again. Otherwise everything ok.

It was $150, i guess. It was a small area. It was a smaller job, not a very big job. It took an hour to complete the cleaning. My communication and interaction was very good. They told me everything that they did.

Last time and this time it was simply just horrible . This time they came, cleaned 8 areas within an hour which is just not possible if you are doing good job( others people took at least 3 hrs). When I went to check I saw dirty spot many places. One place I showed the guy and he said for that we need to do deep cleaning. I said I can just cleaned the place with simple water and towels. Having kids , I always do that. He challenged me. So I went to get wet towels and in front of him, cleaned the place within two minutes. He started laughing like it was so funny. After he left, I took two hours to clan many spots like that with simple wet towels. I will never ever and ever buying carpet cleaning again with the deal. I used Quality carpet cleaning for 7 years. Even before i am member of Angies list. I think they just stop caring for the quality .Such a waste of money. Almost feel like I didn't clean my carpet at all

Given that the carpet was 20 years old with family wear and tear and only well- vacuumed over the years, the resulting cleaning was better than expected. I had little hope that one or two stains and one heavy traffic area could not be completely removed, and they were not, but they were lightened and the rest of the carpet looked fine. Henry, the cleaning technician was very nice and professional, went over difficult areas more than once, and added fragrance to the job.

The work done was fast and efficient. Overall, I was very pleased with the results.

Arrived right at the tail end of the four-hour window and the service technician was friendly and efficient. Drying time took longer than expected but that is out of their control.

I have been using Quality Carpet Cleaning for about five years and this is the first time I've had a problem. I had to keep asking them to go over areas that I thought they had missed which they were willing to do.

OK. It is hard to express detailed opinion after only a few days.

I don't remember the cost. He was here for a tenant. He sometimes cleans the common stairwells, but he's here for a tenant and he's wonderful. I don't know how much he pays. He's very friendly too and a friendly person.

The two men who came out were knowledgeable and professional. Our carpets were so spotted, we just hoped that the spots would at least be lightened. Well, they got all the tough spots out, and we were very happy.

Took three visits to re-do the work until it was fixed to stay stretched. Hopefully repaired area will continue to hold properly. For what I paid, I did not get the quality I feel I should have. Will not use them again.
