Very professional, punctual, polite and very clean!

They've done a good job.They could improve on customer service. Each time they come out, it's not like a company where all the trucks are the same. So you kind of don't know what to expect. It's almost like sometimes its a truck, looks beat up sometimes and one time it portable unit, somebody in a pickup bringing it out of the back of it. I didn't get a strong sense of professionalism around it. They get it done but it's like a dime versus a quarter.

Not sure! The worker's foreign accent (Steve) made communication difficult. Both of us talked, but not sure we understood each other. In the future, I will request a worker who speaks reasonably good English.

Well, some minor streaking, but carpets were filthy.

They were excellent. They were on time. They were prompt. The guy was wonderful his name was Erin.

I honestly thought there was no hope for my furniture. I made the mistake of buying light colored Gray cloth couches which are stylish and chic however, I had to resort to using sofa covers just to have them look presentable. I have two young little boys ages 1 1/2 and 4 yrs old. They have done a beaten on the couch with food stains, water stains and minor accidents. Once the furniture was finished being cleaned, I was in shock to see how nice and pristine it looked. There were NO traces of any stains. My furniture looked BRAND NEW! The carpet looked new and completely stain free. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy. The technicians were prompt and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

Two individuals showed up on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my sectional. They made it look quite good and took out the minor everyday stains from daily usage.

Immediately tried to upsell. I don't like when people do that and than look angry the entire time they are in my house for not paying more for their upsell attempt. As a matter of fact, I paid $45 additional for my stairs. Bad attitude, not friendly.

Went very quickly... partly because I had moved SO much furniture....no more was really moved (guess if it was heavy for me, it was heavy for the 1 man). Typically, some spots are beginning to reappear, but I know my carpet is OLD... so as good – or better – than I have had before.

The carpet cleaner let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He performed the services I paid for; however, he aggressively and repeatedly insisted I needed sanitization and protection which cost an additional $76. He refused to allow me to use a credit card for these services and required me to write a check.

They look beautiful when finished but the stains come back very fast. I used them many, many times then switched to another, more expensive company, and the carpets remained stain-free for quite a long time.
