This was not a challenging job, but they did great. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. The carpet looked good before and even better after. I'd use them again when we had some stains, and then my evaluation would be more accurate.

The service tech was friendly. He looked at my tile and said it could not be cleaned with the machine because the grout was uneven. He also said for the floor to be cleaned well it would cost as extra 90.00 dollars. We paid the extra amount and the tech used a scrub brush to clean. I came home after the job was completed and the tech had left. I was disappointed as the floors did not look much better.

They cleaned a couple of rooms and a hallway. My 88 mom loved Juan and said he was polite and did a great job. She is so happy with the outcome that she has towels on the carpet so nobody makes a mark. That is a good job!

The man did a good job of cleaning overall. He just had a language barrier that made it difficult to communicate with him clearly what I wanted done.

They called immediately and gave me the best time for me. Arrived on time and immediately started to work. I had used a product that promised to "restore" my tile but all it did was leave a sticky residue. He had to actually get on his knees to hand scrape it off and he did it without hesitation or complaint. Very happy with results.
